Tanya Bevan the audiologist at Bexleyheath arranged for an urgent appointment for my uncle on the day that I do not work. She removed the wax and repaired his hearing aid every efficiently. I would recommend her.

Friendly professional service
The staff at Hearbase in Bromley were fantastic. Accommodated me despite a busy schedule & their service is impeccable - they always manage to take care of my problem. Their Covid-related precautions are amazing.

We saw Fiona at hearbase at the One Ashford Hospital she made my son feel really at ease. She was very friendly and was happy to answer all my sons questions he came out with two stickers and a very big smile I would definitely recommend this service.

The service is very good
The service is very good, and thorough. Staff are very friendly. But, only one of my ears had to be cleaned in the end, so there should be an reduced price option. I still had to pay full price for both ears.

KIMS Hospital and the Hearbase person…
KIMS Hospital and the Hearbase person who conducted my wife and I's hearing tests were faultless. The Hearbase person who (sorry can't remember her name) was most thorough, efficient and helpful. We felt that we had all the time in the world to discuss at length the outcomes of our tests and the options available

These people were brilliant and I can't…
These people were brilliant and I can't praise them enough. I took my 93 year old neighbour for whom I am carer and next of kin. She experienced a sudden deterioration in hearing. Going into Hearbase in Bromley was a trauma for her as she had not been out of her home due to C-19 for several months.The audiologist recognized this and immediately arranged for a home visit the next day. This was carried out with enormous sensitivity and patience. They then referred her to her GP and we are now have an ENT appointment and have an apportionment to try out hearing aids. They were not only kind to my neighbour but also sympathetic and supportive of me. Wonderful. Thank you.

In the main I received exceptionally courteous and Friendly service. The only issue, if at all, is that as a first time hearing aid user with what is becoming more and more techie Solutions perhaps a little slower approach to making sure the client understands the product. I had not realised the earpiece was blue toothed to my phone and learnt by trial and error. I am sure that Ms Rodrigues covered it but I must have missed the detail.

I attended the Hearing Centre in…Bromley.
I attended the Hearing Centre in Bromley to have my ears syringed at a time when the NHS was unable to help me out due to Covid. The ladies were very helpful and attentive and I left feeling much better than when I arrived.

Disabled friendly
Am in a wheelchair and they were extremely helpful throughout my visit. I was very impressed with their professionalism and as an elderly gentleman I felt very safe with their Covid 19 precautions. Would highly recommend the practice.

I can’t thank Hearbase enough
I can’t thank Hearbase, especially Tracy - front of house enough.When I called explaining they my ear was blocked and that Boots and Specsavers couldn’t see me until mid October, Tracy managed to squeeze.me in as I was having problems with my hearing. I then had a hearing test the following day.
Both the nurse and Audiologist were great and from now on I won’t be going anywhere other than Hearsay.
