Booked an end of tenancy cleaning.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the standard of cleaning provided. The property was not cleaned to what I would consider a professional standard.

There was still visible dirt, grime and hair in the shower area of the en-suite, several window sills were not cleaned properly, and the kitchen cupboards and sink were left below an acceptable standard. The freezer was also not cleaned properly.

I had to leave the property and was unable to supervise the cleaners, and unfortunately it appears that the cleaning was not carried out with the care and attention I would expect from a professional service. One of the cleaners was also vaping on my balcony while I was still there, which I found particularly unprofessional.

I have used cleaning services previously and have never had such a poor experience. I wanted to leave this review simply to highlight the quality of service I received and hopefully prevent others from having the same experience.

Not a good experience overall after a positive start. Recently had a milk spillage on a carpet and domestic cleaning didn’t work and there was a lingering smell. I was delighted this company could come to attempt to clean the carpet the very next day. However i am 3 days after the clean where it has not helped and despite leaving windows open the carpet is still damp in places. Email and phone contact has not helped no one answers the phone and the email address bounces the message back. Wasted £162 - avoid!

Avoid at all costs as this is a fraud. They will not do their job, lie in emails and then offer 10% refund.
Paid for a end of tenacy clean and they left the flat worse than it was before they arrived. They came back and recleaned after complaining and made it look even worse. Also they spent around 1 hour and 20minutes for a end of tenacy clean which says alot. Not done with this company, will contact newspapers as they did this knowingly that a wheelchair is in the picture and they took advantage of that. Spread the word… dont let anyone else be scammed by these people. Never wrote a review before for any companies whether bad or good, but this is so insane that i just had to so other people can be warned. They will just respond to this review with lies about their reclean and how they have upheld their part as apparantly a reclean doesnt actually mean cleaning or doing a proper job it seems like. In their eyes it seems like they can go in, make a bunch of mess, not do their job at all and then claim they have recleaned. It doesnt work that way guys its broad daylight fraud. Also staff are very rude but i can tolerate that if the cleaning was actually done, which it was not. They sent the same cleaners to do the so called reclean, and it would seem like they got bitter as the flat looked disgusting and dirty after their clean.

End of tenancy clean isn't true and staff are rude. Had cats and one unfortunately peed on carpet so already felt a bit embarrassed about it but was also why I'd booked a carpet clean. While the carpet looked clean I don't think they used any sort of odor neutrilzer and likely just used water as the smell was still prominent. Cupboards were also missed and I'm not sure they even used any sort of cleaning products as things still looks dirty. They were also gone after 2 hours. I've previously been a cleaner and done similar cleans and a job like this should have least been 3 hours minimum.
Staff were also incredibly rude commenting on how disgusting the smell was. Again I was already embarrassed about it and heading them repeatedly say disgusting really upset me. I probably should have contacted the company about it but reading other reviews I don't think there's much point. I also just want to move on from it.
Definitely not worth the money. However I did use the sister moving company and they were wonderful.

Avoid. Complete waste of money.

I booked a deep clean for a newly purchased flat before painters were due to start work. I paid for a professional service so that the property would be ready, but instead I was left with hours of cleaning to do myself.

The cleaners were supposed to be there for approximately 4–5 hours but left after 2 hours. There were numerous areas that had clearly not been cleaned, including skirting boards, doors, light switches, cupboards, internal windows and other surfaces throughout the flat. I took photographs and provided the company with a detailed list of the missed items.

What was most frustrating was that I then had to spend several hours cleaning the flat myself because painters were arriving and the property simply wasn’t ready. Defeating the entire purpose of paying a cleaning company in the first place.

When I complained, the company repeatedly hid behind their policy of offering a re clean. However, by the time they offered this, I had already completed the work myself because there was no alternative. Their only other offer was a 10% refund, despite the amount of work left unfinished.

For a service that effectively worked out at over £60 per cleaner per hour, the standard was nowhere near acceptable. I paid for a deep clean and did not receive one.

Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service when I complained. I would not recommend if you want a deep clean, go elsewhere

Erik and another lady attended our property to do a deep clean yesterday. They did a great job and were happy to clean bits that were pointed out to them, like the fireplace and little cupboards (the property is empty) will defiantly use this company’s services again.

(Four stars for the company) Only advice I have for the company is their staff should be wearing a polo shirt of some kind of uniform with the company’s details on. Or ID. If I was elderly or vulnerable I would be apprehensive at letting 2 people into my house with no ID or uniform.

The company offers a deep clean on their website which promises a "full home refresh" and "attention to detail" for a "spotless home". We paid just under £400 so expected it to be a very thorough clean, with all areas cleaned and furniture moved and cleaned under.

Unfortunately a deep clean was not the service we received. Many areas were missed, and the clean took a total of three hours. We have a three bedroom house so I would expect this clean to take much longer if done thoroughly.

Areas missed included under furniture, interior windows (and lower exterior, which we had asked for), multiple mirrors, headboards, multiple surfaces, multiple picture frames, multiple skirting boards.

The bathroom had clearly not been scrubbed there was still mould/limescale build up around the tap and sink. It was clean but not deep cleaned. The tiles in the shower were still dirty and the tray hadn’t been removed or cleaned.

We sent photos afterwards of many of the areas missed but were only offered a re-clean of the areas missed (which we were told would cost us more if there were extra areas). Upon rejecting this offer we were offered a 10% refund.

We were told that we should have itemised specific items in the room that needed cleaning (ie the bathroom blind.) If you are paying that much money for a deep clean then you can usually assume that everything will be cleaned and you don’t have to list separate items.

Regrettably, I won’t be using this service again and recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for a thorough deep clean which would pass end of tenancy checks.

I don’t usually complain about services and can’t fault the cleaning team themselves (who arrived promptly, were professional and did a good clean enough in the time that they had) but the company is promising a deep clean and not delivering on that. They should avoid advertising the deep clean using the words “spotless” and “attention to detail” etc on the website if they know that multiple areas are not cleaned. You shouldn’t have to itemise furniture/areas if buying a deep clean.

My husband booked an end of tenancy cleaning and paid extra for the conservatory, expecting a proper “deposit-ready” result as advertised. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing.
The cleaners refused to clean the conservatory roof from the inside, saying it was too tall, even though it’s a standard-sized roof. They didn’t bring a ladder and wouldn’t use the stepping stool we offered. The kitchen hob and extractor weren’t degreased, the bathroom wasn’t descaled properly, and we had to repeatedly point out missed areas like mirrors, corners, and spider webs.
The appointment was booked for 9am, but the cleaner called at 9:30 asking to move it to 2pm and still arrived late with no updates. We ended up waiting the entire day and leaving the property after 6pm.
This was not a proper deep clean and certainly not “deposit ready.” We’ve had to go back ourselves to clean areas that should have been covered. If your cleaners aren’t equipped or trained to handle conservatories, this service shouldn’t be offered.
I’ve requested a full refund for the conservatory and a partial refund for the bathroom and kitchen. Extremely disappointing experience — not worth the cost or stress.
