Bought 2 pairs of sandals and bunion correctors. Products of unexpected sub-par quality - shoddy workmanship charged at premium prices yet not authentic danish made but imported from elsewhere.

I ordered the orthopedic sandal and they were too big. I reached out the customer service. I got a reply from them within few hours. I did not want to have a smaller size as I did not really like the way they look on my feet. Since I leave in Canada and it would have cost me almost the same amount to return them, Mikkel Jensen from customer service offered me an option that would have being more beneficial for me. I was very pleased the way my request was handled and very satisfied of the outcome.

Works but overpriced. No better than other model I've used at 1/2 the price. Durability will eventually determine if extra money was well spent.

Great insole (Hexosole) I tried them on a 5 mile uphill walk for the first time and they made a big difference to my painful feet. I would definitely buy again. Great communication and good delivery. Highly recommend.

While I would have liked a bit more information or directions with the laser I ordered none of that had anything to do with the wonderful service from hexocare. They answered my questions and kept me informed of my shipment. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Thank you Hexocare!

Het product wat ik gekocht had was defect, na wat jail verkeer heen en weer het volledige bedrag terug ontvangen en dat stond dezelfde dag al op mijn rekening.

The shoes look nice overall, but the rounded heel was less comfortable to walk in than I expected. Also, be aware that returns are quite complicated. You have to ship the package back to China at your own expense, making return shipping costs quite high. This makes returning the shoes unnecessarily difficult.

Zou zogenaamd goed zijn voor Hallux falgus voeten, zag er op het plaatje goed uit maar schijn bedriegt.

Ik had pantoffels voor mijn moeder gekocht. Bij aankomst zagen ze er anders uit, heel goedkoop en niet zo breed als ze beloofde , en 2 maten te klein. Ik wilde ze terug sturen.
Ze zeiden dat dit heel veel ging kosten terug naar China sturen.
Ik kreeg 20 procent vergoed, omdat ik al eerder de fout had gemaakt dat ik schoenen had terug gestuurd en nooit mijn geld terug kreeg. Dom van mij dat ik weer z oeen vage side had gevonden. Ik accepteerden het bedrag. 12 euro. En de rest was ik kwijt want aan de pantoffels had ik niets. Mijn advies koop hier niets!!!!!

wat was de levering ? Naar aardolie ruikende plastic rommel, rechtstreeks gedropshipped uit China en waarschijnlijk meer als het dubbele betaald van wat ze waard zijn.

Hexo care is the worst company I have ever encountered! I hate saying this about companies, please believe that! If you want a refund for a faulty product, you will not receive it. They did offer me 20% of my cost, and I could keep the product. That would mean I would get $10.00, and they get to keep $42.49 So I basically just gave this company about $43.00 and I have a product that’s so awful, they don’t care to have it back.
I’m in the US, and if you do send your items back, they have to go to Denmark, which Hexocare informed me that it is very expensive.
I have learned a hard lesson, so please take what I’ve said to heart, and bypass this company.

De bestelling liet lang op zich wachten.
Vervolgens passen de pantoffels niet en wordt er niet gereageerd op je mail om ze te kunnen retourneren.
De spullen komen uit China blijkt nu.
Ik raad dit bedrijf niet aan.

product was excellent. an anti snoring device that worked. sadly allergy to the glue meant i could not continue but if a hypoallergenic device or non-adhesive device (elastic straps??) becomes available I would gladly try it

The teeth did not fit and did not meet the description outlined whin I purchased them. I have requested a refund but have not received a response.

I purchased the Hexocare leg compression massager for my mother in law to address leg circulation and inflammation. She’s had immense improvement since using them. There was a mechanical issue and the customer service was exceptional! The item was replaced and addressed in a timely manner. We are so pleased with both the product and the service! Highly recommend!

Leveren rommel uit China die niet maat conform is. Je denkt op een Nederlandse site te bestellen maar moet alles naar China retourneren om je geld terug te krijgen. Daar niemand die kosten op zich wil nemen, halen ze hun trukendoos met 20% compensatie boven, waarna er voor hen nog voldoende winst overblijft aan rotzooi die hen alleen een peulschil gekost heeft. Ik begrijp niet dat Europa dergelijke malafide websites die zoveel slachtoffers maken niet van het net halen. Is het misschien omdat je met een officiële klacht direct uren, zoniet een halve dag zoet bent?
