Leveren rommel uit China die niet maat conform is. Je denkt op een Nederlandse site te bestellen maar moet alles naar China retourneren om je geld terug te krijgen. Daar niemand die kosten op zich wil nemen, halen ze hun trukendoos met 20% compensatie boven, waarna er voor hen nog voldoende winst overblijft aan rotzooi die hen alleen een peulschil gekost heeft. Ik begrijp niet dat Europa dergelijke malafide websites die zoveel slachtoffers maken niet van het net halen. Is het misschien omdat je met een officiële klacht direct uren, zoniet een halve dag zoet bent?

Hello, I am totally amazed on the promptness for customer care and satisfaction! So far, I am satisfied with your product, it definitely helps me clear the air in my personal space. I have been telling others about this and they were amazed and curious to find out more so I passed on my feedback and information to research more on this personal air purifier. Yesterday May 30, 2026 I took it to a Bridal shower and I was asked questions on it. I hope you get more people to purchase however, I believe this is something more Canadians should know about. Selling this in North America and advertising it more would help increase your sales. Thought you should know, I use this everyday, wearing it tied to my purse or belt loop of my jeans. It would be a great idea to make it with a clip but to keep it secure to attach and not fall off. "I highly recommend it" Thank you kindly for delivering it to me when I needed it most.

Tried to return and the international shipping charge is as much as the product.
No one can figure out this goes on knee. Nonetheless, try a USA based company instead.

I loved the first shoes I bought fit perfect they were for my brother n law in the nursing home easy on & off the nurses loved them bought 2 more pair & had to return them & they sent me 2 pairs free we donated the other 2 pair to the nursing home what a fantastic experience Thank you 🙏 will buy again

Ik wil anderen waarschuwen voor Hexocare. Ik heb hier schoenzolen besteld, maar de kwaliteit is schrikbarend laag. Het gaat om goedkope zolen van een paar euro die voor een veel te hoge prijs worden doorverkocht.Dit lijkt een typisch dropshipping-bedrijf: ze adverteren met mooie beloftes, maar leveren kwalitatief uitermate teleurstellende producten die de prijs totaal niet waard zijn. De website wekt een professionele indruk, maar de werkelijkheid is dat je plastic/foam rommel ontvangt.Trap hier niet in en koop je zolen ergens anders waar je wel waar voor je geld krijgt.m

Do not use Hexo Care, the front man there is one of the worlds great Bull Crap artists! He lies through his teeth and says anything to try and resolve an issue but nothing that is true. I ordered a neck massager it took 2 months to get to me, because he sent it to the wrong address. Which he denied! When l did get it the damn thing does not work. Totally dead. He wanted videos of it. I’m not a film director so it’s still sitting here. Useless. Believe me. He is bad news, stay away! I suspect he is not a Kiwi or of Kiwi descent. So far, I have found the HexoSkin Smooth Facial hair remover superior to other similar items I have owned. The quality of the engineering design, ease of operation, and lack of irritation to my skin while leaving it smooth is high quality. I haven't had it long (used it 4 times) so don't know how well made it is for longevity but given its other qualities, I have hopes it lasts a long time. It arrived fully charged. Great service from the company, too.

Unter Hexocareco.de wird absoluter China Schrott verkauft, der mit der Firma HexoCare aus Deutschland nix am Hut hat. Man bekommt billiges, schlecht verarbeitetes, nicht der Beschreibung entsprechendes Produkt, das man beim reklamieren auf eigene Kosten nach China verschicken muss. Es werden erstmal 20-30% als Rückzahlung angeboten und wenn man damit nicht einverstanden ist, kommen nur dumme Emails zurück. Keine Chance einen Retoure Label zu erhalten, wie es in den AGB steht !!!
Man muss es entweder selbst bezahlen oder den Schrott behalten.
Ich bin leider mal auf die Nase gefallen, da ich mir vorher die Rezessionen nicht durchgelesen habe.
Kann jedem nur empfehlen da NICHTS zu bestellen!!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The shoes are cheap and have a large gap that cannot be remedied by tightening the strap over the upper arch. Obviously I will not return them, because according to the reviews, the refunds are not satisfactory. These sandals would only fit someone with VERY fat feet. Don't waste your money!

Sandles do not have arch support and are extremely stretched out and do not make for a good fit. Unless you have swollen/fatter feet do not purchase. Also refunds are minus shipping costs to return (at your expense) so they only offer 20% refund which calculates to $10.00 for a $50.00 pair of sandles. Use caution with ordering online from this company.
