Highly Recommend, Extremely Satisfied
Mum and Dad recently had a Stannah 260 Siena stairlift installed by Higher Elevation. "We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from start to finish. Paul Simkins, who came to assess our needs and house, was very informative and answered all our questions patiently and completely. The installation, by Gary and his colleague, was very efficient and we were given careful instructions about operating the chair. They waited very patiently while we practised ascending, descending and getting on and off at the mezzanine landing. We highly recommend “Higher Elevation “. Marco and Patricia Alcalay.

Excellent service
Excellent service from beginning to end, the quotation stage was professional friendly and competitive, office follow up was just as good. On installation day the team were lovely and did a great job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Higher Elevation.

I talked to Nash about a small outdoors…
I talked to Nash about a small outdoors lift for accessibility. After sharing some pictures he proposed an alternate solution which was more appropriate, but didn't make higherelevation any money. I was really impressed by this focus on getting the best results. Thanks

Top for stairlift supply and service
After several years excellent service our Stairlift needed an upgrade. Higher Elevation were, as always, prompt, efficient, courteous and thoughtful in providing the necessary upgrade. Over the years their service has always been first class, and their call-out performance, even during holiday periods, without fault. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation

The people working for Higher Elevation were all very pleasant and helpful. There was not a long waiting time and they came out in the snow to fit the stair lift. Any queries on the phone or by email have been dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner.
