Easy way to declutter
I booked a Midi bag with collection. The booking process was easy, the bag was a decent size for a good clearout. The collection booking was also easy, except that under the type of waste I had to pick one option and for some reason carpet was listed as a separate item from household waste, so I had to choose household waste even though there was some carpet in there.

3rd time customer, happy as always.
This is the 3rd time we have used hippo waste with their bags, it’s such an easy alternative to having to hire a skip, we can order, use and book a collection online with ease. Collection took 2 days to happen, well within their 5 day window. Driver was quick with the collection and no issues with collecting the bag, as long as you follow the guidelines and don’t over fill it, the collection is always smooth and efficient. I would always recommend Hippo if someone is doing a medium size DIY project or having a good clear out of the house.

Really easy to use, good customer service, only issue was it took five days to pick up (to be fair that is what they say in advance, just would have been nice if they exceeded their stated service).

Second time getting a bag from Hippo…
Second time getting a bag from Hippo and was disappointed with the 2 week wait for pick up. Called a few times saying it will be picked up and it wasn’t. Would have been nice to get updates rather than me having to chase.

Loads of space, saves several trips to the tip
Easy to book. Bag arrived quickly and took a huge amount of stuff - a dismantled treadmill, several rolls of old carpet, and lots of household items. I booked online for collection and they came a few days later. It beats taking all this stuff to the tip over multiple trips, and means you can keep adding bits to it over the days before collection.
