Such an easy process
Such an easy process, the bag was delivered, I received guidance on the best place for it to be placed for easy collection. I filled it and went online to use an easy collection form to request collection. I requested collection on Thurs pm, a message was sent to say it would be collected within 5 days and it was collected first thing Monday morning. So easy I just arrived home to it gone! Fab, highly recommend and will defo use again, so much less hassle than a skip

Quick and efficient. However the info about 4 yds from curb was right at the bottom & I didn’t see it. Also info about within what time the collection would take was unclear.

The website is easy to use, excellent idea that you just keep the folded up skip until you are ready to use it. The collection service is quick and easy. Price is very fair. I will definitely be using Hippo again.

Saved by an amazing driver - eventually!
My experience wasn’t smooth running with my Hippo collection but to be fair the problems were out of their control due to the collection being organised by a third party. My bathroom rubbish had to be collected from inside my flat so I had to be in to let the driver in. The agreement the third party had with Hippo is that Hippo call you at 5:30pm the night before to say they are coming the next day which is of course tricky to get time off work at such short notice. Anyway after two failed collections due to driver sickness and another driver refusing to move the rubbish by himself, third time lucky, an excellent driver came and reassured me that he could move it all and wouldn’t let me down. He was amazing and worked so hard to get it all out of the flat, down the stairs and into the van. Even carrying a bath by himself. He has saved the day for Hippo hence the 4 stars. I’m sure it’s less complicated for most people.

Skip size hippo bag
Skip size hippo bag. Delivered by post which meant we could set it up when it suited. Once filled it was collected within 2 days of notifying them. We live in a narrow lane and I only knew the lorry had been when I saw him reversing away, up hill, having collected the skip bag. Fabulous! Will use hippo bag again!
