Had an issue with my RC car. Contacted Mike and he's been great help all together. Quick at responding emails also didn't have any issues sending it back to check. Was expecting to pay for return postage myself but they ended up covering the costs for that as well. Would recommend to others and definitely will order more in the future!

I’ve used these guys in the past, great batteries at decent prices. Brilliant service and fast delivery. First place I look now as no one else can match the overall package from HobbyRc.

As of September 2025, Hobbycraft has the best selection of LiPo batteries and FPV components and at great prices.

Super late delivery, delayed 3 times, I paid so much for items just for them not to be delivered for nearly a whole week. Delivery driver didn't even try to deliver, after he rang on the buzzer I opened the door but he failed to go in the building, I also went downstairs to check if the driver was still there and he was gone. All of this happened in less than a minute.

Bought a radio and aluminium gimbals, no problems at all - Excellent service, next day delivery too.

I have been ordering bits and pieces from Hobby RC for roughly a year now for the two FPV drones I now own and love (one of which is from the Hobby RC guys (Mobula 7)). I have used other companies for drone bits but have not felt the confidence I do with Hobby RC, the code and candy are also a very nice touch to deliveries. I think prices are fair, the delivery is prompt and the customer service has been courteous and also prompt in reply.

Great items, the 3s lipo was safely and well packaged as lipo a can be dangerous but they know what they are doing, and I have tested the lipo on a voltage alarm and everything is all good 👍 super fast delivery and they added a nice sweet in the package too so everything considered they are a great website to buy from. 5 stars.

I have been using HobbyRC regularly for a few months now - they are the best FPV supplier in the UK by far.

Considering the stock situation worldwide, their offerings are very good, and well priced. Delivery is rock solid and next day, every time.

Mike will help you over email if you need it, no question.

Tested with multimeter and when I reached out them politely explaining and asked for a replacement offering video evidence, they kept coming up with excuses trying to pass blame to me, then cut contact
Refusal to uphold consumer rights and will be reported.

Ordered twice with HobbyRC (Radiomaster TX16S is epic by the way) and they have been fantastic. Really quick dispatch and delivery times and good honest prices. Thank you very much guys!

Been using them for a while first without then with an account. No messing about when I needed to return an order, prompt delivery (the sweets are a nice touch), responsive to queries, and good range of stock.

First time that I have ordered from HobbyRC, which was a modest order of a handful of XT60 male plugs.

The order was placed last Friday and arrived through my letterbox the following morning, as expected.... with a very tasty sweet included in the package 😋

Good reliable service and I will not hesitate to order from HobbyRC again, based on this experience.

Goods supplied promptly and as promised but when it comes to support OH DEAR.
Product did not work as described when trying to contact the company for support - only available 4 days A week and only 3 hours per day.
When you ring them you get an answering machine saying they will ring you back but they don't when emailing them they say it will be at least 72 before you get a reply.

Awful. Connectors didn’t fit together and remote was missing in a box that advertised a remote in package. My poor son was so disappointed on Christmas Day when he opened the box. Apparently you can get the plane on its own but they put it in the box with a remote advertised in it. Then I returned it securely and they said the plane was broken and connectors did fit. It’s a lie. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Dodgy suppliers that fiddle.

First time using Hobby Rc, had great service and advice on parts for drone build, would highly recommend to everyone and would use them again

Placed an order first time with HobbyRC yesterday before 4pm and it came today. Wow, super quick. Great original product and I struggled to find it cheaper elsewhere.
