Just returned from our first ever cruise booked for us by Claudiu and had a great time. Everything went like clockwork and took the stress out of co ordinating flights, hotels and transfers. Thank you too for your patience in dealing with my questions pre travel

Great customer service. From my initial contact with holiday 2 requesting information Zak took charge of everything. He was extremely patient whilst explaining our package and what was included whilst I was relaying to my wife and we were dealing with 2 grandchildren !! We requested some alterations to airports and flight times which he dealt with very promptly and efficiently.
He was able to advise us on what to expect and answered our numerous questions with ease.
I would certainly recommend Holiday 2 and a big thanks to Zak.

Lisa made our holiday booking run so smoothly, it was a pleasure engaging with her.
It was not an easy booking for her trying to get good flights to South America and the cruise. Lisa went the extra mile to secure out best options.
Nowadays I always book with a high street travel agent due to the online frustrations I have in relation to after sales service in particular or actually speaking to a "real" person.
Lisa has banished all these worries and she seems to relish giving a first class service. She is an asset to your company and you may have gained a new future customer due to Lisa's great service.

Shame we can't give a Zero, especially to KATE as after giving us no information on the wine tour she requested a 5 star review then ignored any other emails we sent her. All four private car transfers had issues.

1) We waited exactly at designated meeting point, after 45 mins no help from emergency numbers(One told us we were now too late as the car was booked for the time the aircraft landed!) But a local saw our distress, took us under her wing, made phone calls, then told us to speak to "Lady with Lanyard" who said "Driver is on his way". He arrived complaining he had been looking for us for 5 mins. We were then led outside and told to wait whilst he collected his car. Another 15 min wait.
2)Four people told to wait in a van for another couple who were booked for a later pick up time!!(Private car???)
3) Pick up booked for 10am despite everyone having to be off the ship by 9.00am. Received text saying meeting point was dockside with name of the road and google location. So we did not board the provided shuttle. Despite texts to supplier who said they were trying to help we were still there at 11am. Another couple also with Holiday 2 booked a cab and started to drag their luggage to the port gates 700 metres away. I then received a text saying a man with a white van was outside for us. We caught the other couple and dragging our own luggage advised them to get in the van with us.
4) We noticed the transfer voucher had the wrong flight number and our pick up time was six hours late. We emailed Holiday2(I've heard nothing so far) We contacted the supplier who rescued us!
Do not trust the 5 & 4 star reviews on here! I smell a rat when the majority of reviews are 5 star, a few 4 star, no 2 or 3 star and I am the only 1 star. I have been certified by Trustpilot and only speak the truth.!!

Second time booking with this company and so far the service all round has been excellent!

I was desperately trying to download boarding passes for our WizzAir flight from Venice to Luton without success. WizzAir's website kept taking me round in circles and not recognising my confirmation code. At the 2nd time of contacting Holiday2 I managed to speak to Sam who was extremely helpful and offered to check in for me. Within a few minutes of collecting our details he sent the boarding passes through to my email address. I was getting nowhere until Sam stepped in. Excellent, patient service.

Claudiu was really efficient and helpful with my queries when I was considering this booking. He was quick to answer and offer suggestions and advice regarding flight options, suite availability etc. This is the first time I have used Holiday2 and it won't be the last if the holiday meets the high standards set during the booking process. I recently booked a Tahiti/Fiji cruise through Holiday2, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Paul Spencer. He was an absolute gentleman throughout the process, professional, knowledgeable, polished, and incredibly helpful.

When I contacted Kevin, because I had not received my final documents only 5 days prior to my holiday, he could not have been more helpful.
So my 5 stars are for Kevin, not for Holiday2 as a whole!

Conversant the systems. I cannot thank him enough his calm and patience were amazing and would recommend this company to travellers they are efficient and professional.

This is before the trip: Jordan was great in organizing everything, and then Kate was great in helping with payments due to some big commitments that came up.
She arranged the perfect plan that was fair to both sides to get us what we needed. Very pleased!
