Had a few questions regarding the holiday and sent an email, it was answered very promptly and extremely well by Claudiu, all the information we wanted. We then rang to book and left a voicemail which again was responded to very quickly and efficiently by Claudiu, and we booked the cruise. If the cruise is as good as the service by Claudiu, we will be very happy.

We found Zak extremely helpful throughout our booking experience, he explained everything to us and answered any questions we had, he also reassured us that he could contact him anytime with any queries we may have.

We recently booked a cruise with Holiday2.com after seeing a great offer on TravelZoo for a 11 day cruise/stay on Oceania Nautica. The booking process over the phone went very smoothly and the agent Jordan gave us all the information needed to successfully book the holiday and we have now received all preliminary documentation and are now looking forward to our holiday in July 2027.

The best thing is you can speak to somebody on the phone if needed.

Holiday booked looks brilliant and we are looking forward to it immensely.The agent was very helpful however there was some confusion around the deposit but that was soon resolved.Some delay in receiving the confirmation but in view of the complexity of some the travel arrangements understanderable
