Thank you so much for your lovely review, Angela! I'm thrilled to hear the peel-off stickers were just right — not too big, not too small, and beautifully printed. They're such a timeless touch for handmade cards, and it’s great to know they arrived quickly and at a good price too.
Happy cardmaking — hope they add that perfect finishing flourish to your creations!

Thank you so much for the kind words — I’m so glad the boys enjoyed their Warhammer Wednesday session! We love seeing young hobbyists getting stuck in and having fun, and it means a lot to hear they had a great time.
We hope to see you all again soon for more painting chaos (the fun kind)!

Before sending this review I emailed…
Before sending this review I emailed the company about these issues, twice. I've had no response at all. I'm therefore having to reorder elsewhere, and will keep pushing for a refund.
I recommend that you do not use this supplier.

Edit to Add:
Julia, since this review, we’ve emailed you several times with resolution options — including a full refund if you'd prefer to return the items you had issues with, or a partial refund if you'd like to keep them.
While the issue wasn’t caused by a fault on our end, we still wanted to help and provide a fair resolution. Unfortunately, we haven’t had any response to our follow-up emails — we’re not sure if the messages have gone astray again, but our inbox remains open and we’d still love the opportunity to put things right if we can.
Customer satisfaction is really important to us, and we always try our best to make sure no one is left feeling disappointed so we do hope you’ll be able to get back in touch.

Hi Julia,
Gosh! We're so sorry to read this! I’ve checked our records and can’t find any previous contact from you via email or our other channels. I’ve also looked into your order from 11th July, which was dispatched the same day and shows as delivered on 15th July to the address provided.
We absolutely want to help resolve any issues, but we’ll need a bit more information to understand what’s gone wrong. Could you please try reaching us again at homecraftersuk@gmail.com? I will try and email you now too.
We always aim to provide excellent service and would really appreciate the chance to make this right.
Best wishes,
Kirsty

Very helpful
Always very helpful and also very understanding when I got in a muddle with my booking for a workshop. It is convenient to book on line but useful to also be able to communicate by phone. A good service. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Janet! We're really glad we could help get things sorted — booking muddles happen to the best of us 😊 We're always happy to chat things through by phone if needed, and it's great to hear the online system is working well for you too. Hope to see you at another workshop soon!

Love this shop
Love this shop.
Probably the most dangerous one considering it sells yarn for crochet and Warhammer for plastic crack.
Can confirm that the staff in there are lovely as well.

Cate, you absolute legend — thank you! 😄
We love having you in the shop (even if you are single-handedly fuelling a yarn stash and grey plastic mountain)!
So glad you feel at home here — we always look forward to your visits, crafty chats, and Warhammer wisdom. Thanks for being such a fab regular and part of our little community.
