Thank you for your feedback, Ann, and we're really sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery.
This is the first we've heard of the issue, so we hadn’t had the chance to step in and assist until now. We can see from the tracking details that delivery attempts were made, and it now looks like a redelivery needs to be arranged.
We’d love to help get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us directly, and we’ll work with you to organise redelivery or find another solution. We've also sent you an email so we can get this resolved without delay.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we’re here to help every step of the way!

Home Crafters Fantastic
I needed to contact Home Crafters regarding an order, and rang their number, no-one answered, but within minutes I received a return call from them, my question was answered. What made my day was that I was able to speak to a real living polite cheery person, what an exceptional experience, fantastic, will definitely use again.
