Terrible company
Tried to buy a garden hose on b&q from this company, after the order was placed I received an evri tracking number.
After the first missed delivery, and with every still saying “we’re waiting for it” I contacted HomeVibe, who claimed the delivery had “gone missing in transit”, the said they’d send an immediate replacement, yet still no change from the Evri number.
Repeated requests for an updated tracking number were ignored, again nothing arrived, again no change to the evri tracking number.
After 2 weeks I called b&q to cancel the order, they and I sent messages to cancel the order.
Despite these instructions and in an effort to hang onto my money for another few weeks they actually sent it, using the original tracking number, thus proving themselves liars, I had to contact evri myself to try and stop the delivery, which I eventually refused.
B&q for their part were brilliant, they tried very hard to contact this company and get them to respond to me, eventually refunding me themselves, and offering me a £10 voucher.
I have no idea what has happened to the delivery and tbh, I don’t care. They were told to cancel the order, but sent it anyway.
Only half my order arrived
Only half my order arrived. I have emailed them twice and still no response, you can phone a mobile but it’s never answered and they never call you back

Absolutely shocking customer service, item arrived broken , sent numerous emails and no response, no refund no replacement AVOID THIS COMPANY

Waited 12 weeks now for resolution to…
Waited 12 weeks now for resolution to incorrect item sent. Delivery was late. Item was wrong. Quality was inferior. Sporadic replies to my copious emails. Return label promised and not received. Forced now to take matters further.

Ordered, silence - and eventually a refund
Ordered item and got an email confirmation, then nothing ... No reply to my emails or phone messages. 2 weeks later I emailed again saying I was about to start process to get my money back, and the next day I got an email saying my order had been refunded (no explaination or apology).
In the meantime I ordered the same item from Amazon (accidently with Homevibe again!!) and 2 days later got a message saying it was out of stock there.

Failed to ship
Placed an order on amazon, seller created the label but it was never picked up by carrier, items don't just fail to be collected, there is only 1 employee of HomeVibe so he knows everything that's going on while telling me he's passing me over to different departments, he is running HomeVibe out of a self storage locker which isn't generally an appropriate address under the companies act, the whole thing is concerning given all the reviews, funnily enough the homevibe website has a banner at the top proudly declaring it is highly trusted by all review sites, which clearly isn't the case given where we are

2 orders for towels that have not been delivered, despite repeated attempts at email. I have had 3 emails stating that items have been 're-dispatched' - I find that hard to understand as I work from home every day. The emails are clearly a way of fobbing people off so that they don't have to send the goods. I have now reported them to trading standards and suggest others do the same, the more complaints trading standards receive the more likely that they will be investigated and stopped!

Ordered towels over a year ago to be frank almost 2 years ago. I have not received my goods or a refund despite contacting company on numerous occasions. I do hope that people read the reviews for this company before parting with their hard earned cash
Its a disgrace that some authority has not stepped in to stop them scamming people. Shame on you!
Non existing order scamming company.
Still waiting after five weeks and numerous emails & their non existence telephone line. Excuse number one damaged in transit, excuse number two lost in transit as they are conning customers could at least get the excuses to match. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered an item for shed spraying and I sent the payment through but that is the last I have heard. I have contacted the company but not received any reply. The worrying part is, a couple of days after, I had a call from my credit card issuer to say that a call had been made to change some details on my credit card. I am very suspicious because something very much the same happened once before when dealing with a company like Home vibe. Be very careful with this company. In fact, avoid!

Have bought items before with no problem, ordered item 26th December which didn't arrive was supposedly getting a refund in 3to5 days,inadvertently ordered same item as was still advertised obviously wasn't available. Second item ordered 16th January
I bought a heated drier from Amazon after reading reviews that if bought direct from company things didn’t arrive. Item has a small dent, and the screws to fit on the base dont

Pity you can't give zero stars
Pity you can't give zero stars. Purchased a gas heater from these jokers via Amazon. The item arrived later than expected and had been opened and was damaged. It was returned the next day and, 2 weeks later I have not had a refund. I am now having to take legal action against them. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

HomeVibe is a nightmare. Shoddy products, advertised incorrectly, bought bath sheets as per advert, to then find out they're bath towels, zero accountability, and atrocious customer service. Save your time and money, steer clear of this mess.
