I previously wrote a review on this company regarding ordering goods paying and not receiving they continue to advertise on line which I think should be investigated would warn all future customers to read reviews and not purchase anything from this company the sooner they are closed down the better

BEWARE!!!
I also ordered a keter outdoor storage shed, they took my money but no delivery, they do not reply to your email and their phone does not ring, just goes dead.
I had to go through my bank for my refund.
Think twice before ordering, try to email or phone them beforehand.

They take your money when they don’t have (nor will be getting) the item you have ordered. Paid by credit card so fortunately got my money back. Scam company

As many other reviewers have written ...
Ordered the Keter storage box, was told they were out of stock but had more coming, opted to wait, was told it would be dispatched 20/05/26 - never was.
Have emailed many times for an update, no response.
Have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.

When i originally looked the reviews were good, and now it seems most people have had the same issue.

If you want to keep your money, do not use this site.
Absolute con-artists.

Lets hope they get shut down before they get anyone else's money.

This is a con site they dont deliver what you order just take your money

I ordered a large garden storage container, apart from acknowledgement of order, which didn't arrive within expected delivery date. Tried phoning numbers on website, none existing. Messaged numerous timed, no reply. A month later still nothing, so tried cancelling my order and asked for a refund My bank is now looking into this on my behalf. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS FIRM AS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM !
I looked up reviews before I ordered, at the time all positive. Even checked through Google they were a UK registered firm, which said it was !!

Like the previous reviews I ordered 2 Keter boxes , took my money. I was then emailed to say out of stock, stock in again in 11 days . Of course like the other customers when I tried to call the number is dead, emailed several times with no response.
I'm now trying to get my money back through the bank . Robbing bastwards. I checked the address on Google maps and it's a high rise block of manky flats .

I raised a dispute with my bank regarding the above purchase from Homiva uk.
I have now received a full refund from my bank.

Ordered keter storage box April .Same as all other reviews no box forth coming. Not replying to emails or phone calls, company UK head office is a block of flats. THIS IS A SCAM.

As with other customers recent reviews, ordered the Kator storage box, told it was out of stock and then when the next delivery date passed they stopped replying to emails. Now trying to get my money back through my credit card.

I ordered a Keter storage box, a month ago, I was e-mailed to say it was out of stock, and they were expecting new stock within 15 days, the they would keep me updated. Since then l have heard nothing. I've tried emailing and phoning, with no joy. I am now claiming a refund through my credit card.
Do not order anything from this site! I saw an offer, that I thought was to good to be true, and it was. Avoid goings at all costs.

Same experience with KeterStorage Box as previous reviews - ordered April (and payment taken). Received email saying out of stock but new stock expected. Further 2 or 3 emails giving expected despatch dates in May. Now not replying to any emails since 21 May. Defo looking like a scam so DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!!!
Now trying to get money back via my bank.
Update 5/6/2026 - successfully raised a dispute through my bank and was refunded very quickly!

Two months on the Keter storage has not been delivered… emails dried up.. not responding to my emails and the ‘customer service’ phone number on website doesn’t work! I think they are a scam

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered a Keter 1200L storage shed on 21/04/26. Two days later I received a email saying that “ due to unforeseen demand”, the product was out of stock but they had secured more stock arriving on 15th May. If I chose to leave my order with them, they offered 20% discount, tracked 48hour delivery plus a free gift. Since then they haven’t answered my emails and their contact number doesn’t connect.
I have resorted to contacting my credit card provider to initiate a Chargeback claim.

Same as other reviews on here made a purchase got nothing and still they are advertising the storage shed £69.98
On Google don't buy this product it's not there

I bought a storage plastic shed for the wife to put her garden stuff in
I bought it on the 15th May and haven't heard anything since the only message was thaks for your order

When I ordered keeter storage box for garden, on 10 th April, reply was quick, was supposed to get after 4 days , after a week, when I enquired it was informed out of stock, and new stock is on the way, will be posted within 23 days, and offered me 20% cash back and a gift
Again on 14th May I sent a e mail and got reply,saying it will be post by 20 th May 2026, and will be update about delivery date. Today 28th May, so far no update, trying to contact from 26th May by phone and e mail, no reply.

If I could give zero stars I would! exactly the same as previous customers, ordered a keter storage unit 21.04.26 & was emailed to say it was delayed for Homiva to receive stock, were we happy to wait or would we like a refund? we opted to wait, with the promise of a free gift, fast tracked shipping, & 20% discount refunded back onto original payment method, I emailed asking if I ordered another would the same offers apply, was told if I ordered within 3 days,I would, I did so. I have had several emails from them stating stock will be in 15.05.26 & scheduled for dispatch 20.05.26, still no storage units today & it's 28.05.26. As previous customers have said scam, scam, scam. The telephone number cuts you off immediately as soon as it rings out. Thankfully I paid for both on my credit card so I have called them just & are receiving the cashback refund from them. ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY. A DISGRACE BEING ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON GOOGLE OR ANYWHERE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS. All what we have experienced is exactly the same as other people in these reviews, yet the reviews are fab on their website...clearly written their own!

I cancelled the order once I'd read the reviews, had an email confirmation saying that they would send the money back on my card, that was at the beginning of May. The phone line doesn't work, and I have sent 8 more emails and they will not reply to me. £69.99 worse off
This company should not be allowed to advertise on Google searches, and should be looked into as a fraudulent company

Not received item as promised.
No refund
Will not answer emails or telephone
This company is a total scam outfit Do NOT USE.
