NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR INTEGRITY

I ordered an item from this Company, and have been trying to expedite delivery.
I am getting absolutely ZERO response to my communications.
I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to order placement, as there is a common theme of lack of integrity and credibility.
The item is way overdue from the stated delivery promise.

Don't trust this company

I ordered the items since November and until now I haven't got them. I'm not very happy with how they dealt with my query .Don't trust this company because you're just wasting your money,God knows if you can get refunded in the future

Avoid this company like the Coronavirus!

Delivery much overdue and still waiting. They don’t respond to complaints of non delivery. They mislead on prices by not quoting an additional VAT charge on delivery! Am removing Homevibe from my list of on-line purchasers Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Caveat Emptor: they are not a company with any integrity!

AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS / What a terrible company

What a terrible company! I’ve emailed them on several
occasions and to date I have not received an answer to my query. Furthermore, I have still not received the paid for item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TERRIBLE. They take your money and don’t send the item. I will be reporting them to trading standards and because I live near them, I will be visiting them to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! THEY ARE USELESS AND ARE NOTHING MORE THAN FRAUDSTERS!

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service I have emailed them 4 times without so much as one reply. The item was a Christmas present I ordered a small and was sent a 3XL so all I want to do is send it back and get my correct order

Wouldn't even give one star

Wouldn't even give one star! Shocking customer services. Ordered towels, had to chase where they were. Gave my details over twice before they arrived. Want to return them as shocking quality. Have emailed their precious email and still no further forward. Have tried all avenues and got no where!!!! Avoid this company

Lost in transit!

Ordered an item in October. November still not received so mailed and text the company, was told I would get a refund as the item has been lost in transit and I would get a refund
14 days later I’m still waiting that refund
I have now passed this on to my bank
Use at your own peril!!

Ugh !! Don't waste your hard earned cash!

Ordered item after 2 weeks still not delivered, after promising 2 to 3 days for delivery, contacted on numerous occasions, always the same reply, "thank you for you patience, item will arrive in 2-3 days, still waiting, sent mail complaining, no reaction, in my opinion, is NOT to support this so called company, very unreliable !!!!

Please don't 9rder from this company you have to pay for returns which costs more than the item I haven't received my second parcel I can't afford to lose the money and items are cheap and tacky so save your money

Avoid scammers

Twice I have ordered and twice no items, no reply to messages to their customer contact email or phone number. Only reply received was when we initiated resolution via PayPal.
They asked if I wanted items as my order was "lost in transit" asked for proof it was lost in transit as I had not received any tracking and they auto refunded - obviously a total lie if they can not provide proof of order being sent.
Would not recommend if we could rate as a minus we would!

Zero Customer Service

I ordered an extendable hose on the 28th July £20 still not received it. Have emailed company at least 6 times and I have been offered a refund but have still not received it. Do not buy from this company they are a scam. Customer service is very poor.

Great company

I had great customer service, I ordered a light them seen a pack of 2 lights, I emailed homevibe to ask them to cancel and change to the 2 pack, this was done very quickly and I am delighted with the service I received

This company is absolutely useless

This company is absolutely useless , I ordered 2 king size cream fitted sheets in July , I received 1cream double sheet which has marks on it seen through the plastic cover , they contacted me for proof which I sent them , they then offered white which I accepted , still no delivery , I contacted Groupy who contacted Home Vibe who replied saying my purchase was delivered but it was the wrong size and amount , I’m now contacting Groupy and Home Vibe again , not able to speak to anyone .

Struggling to get a refund for a faulty item perched

I purchased a 11ft Telescopic window cleaning set on the June 22 it was delivered with a vital part missing.
I have tried to get a refund.
I sent required Photos as they wanted to have the courier info, to assist there inquiries.
I continue to recover my money.
I still am pursuing this , no joy as l write this ☹️ I will not be using them again.

At best, useless , at worst downright crooks!

Ordered a hosepipe from them on July 19th and paid but have heard NOTHING SINCE! Impossible to contact them and neither explanation nor refund has appeared.
