The engineer was fine
The engineer was fine. He installed a loft aerial, which must be one of the easiest options. I was discombobulated by his price which was three times the guide price I was given over the phone. I was prepared for double, but triple!?

We’re sorry to hear that you were left waiting and understand how frustrating this must have been.
We would normally contact customers if we are unable to attend an appointment as scheduled. This would usually be by telephone, and if we are unable to reach the customer, we would normally leave a voicemail where possible.
We apologise that you did not receive the communication you expected on this occasion. We appreciate that waiting for several hours without an update is understandably disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the outcome of the visit.
We would like to clarify that if the appointment was booked as a diagnostic visit, the attendance is chargeable whether or not the engineer is able to resolve the issue during that visit. This is explained at the time of booking, so customers are aware of the applicable charge before proceeding.
A diagnostic appointment is intended to allow the engineer to attend, investigate the fault and establish what is required to resolve it. In some cases, further work or parts may be required and cannot be completed during the initial visit.
We appreciate that it is disappointing when the issue cannot be resolved immediately, but the charge relates to the engineer’s attendance and diagnostic assessment rather than a guarantee that the fault will be rectified during that visit.

Engineer great but unfortuntely lasted…
Engineer great but unfortuntely lasted 3 days not paying to have them back. I have set box to get channels via internet which is what i should have done.
