I’m very pleased with the service from…
I’m very pleased with the service from Home Vision. My TV aerial/Freeview wasn’t working, and from the initial communication through to the engineer’s visit, everything was handled professionally. The engineer was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable, and resolved the issue efficiently.
There was a little confusion along the way, but Home Vision dealt with it fairly and professionally, which I really appreciated. Overall, I found the service to be very good value for money and I’m extremely happy with the result.

Good service
Turned up on time, performed a check on the old equipment to determine signal strength and quality, made a couple of suggestions (1 we took, 1 we didn’t, no complaints or pressure), fitted a new cable and signal strengthening box, plugged it all in, and then thoroughly checked the picture, including retuning the digi-box to make sure everything was spot on.
Only gave 4 stars as they keep asking for reviews, which although the modern way gets annoying!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Came to install a wall mount for a 55 in Sky Glass television.
The chap refused to use the Sky Glass mount, and insisted on using his own.
I made it clear I needed a mount I could move about. I'm 4ft 10 and live on my own, there's no way I can move it.
The wall mount used is fixed and the TV is so close to the wall, I was unable to even plug the power cable in.
I had to ask him to help me, which he seemed put out by. Obviously, I can't move it now to connect other devices, and he was not prepared to give me time to do this. (I would have been prepared for this, if he'd told me the type of mount he was using. Actually, I would've declined the service at that point, as I'm now left in a difficult situation as there's no way I can move this.)
I was then presented with an invoice for £276! It was not itemised, and it seems clear the charge for the bracket he insisted on using, massively hiked up the price.
I was then told he needed to call the office, to take my payment. He went into another room to do this, and was on the phone for a good 15 minutes. This made me very uncomfortable.
I cannot stress how disappointing the service has been and I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.
I will now have to pay someone else, to fit the bracket I wanted. (He said the wall wouldn't take a movable mount...but then said he'd used extra long screws to ensure everything was attached to the masonry.)
