Placed an order in early April not received anything was told twice it was on the way soon still not received anything. This is a scam. My son has also ordered from them and he’s had nothing back. They are a scam scam scam don’t purchase anything when you try ringing the phone, it just cuts off straight away. Send them emails. They don’t answer. Email seem to come from two different sources.
definitely scam should be reported to authorities.

Ordered from this company on 5th May. Never received order confirmation email. Tried to phone but couldn't connect to the number on their website. After many emails I received a reply saying they tried to email and asked for a different email address. Again nothing to confirm order. Delivery was supposed to be 8 May. On 11 May received an email saying that item was out of stock but were expecting supply and that they would dispatch within 11 days. Gave me the option to be on their priority list with a 48 hr delivery through DPD. They also promised to keep me up to date. Never heard from them again. Emailed the company yesterday again asking for an update. Still waiting for reply. Although I raised the issue with their phone number on every email, this was ignored. Today 21/05, still no communication nor indication of dispatch/delivery. No communication from seller. Asked for refund and as expected, no reply. Telephone number still unreachable. This could be a SCAM. Be aware, would not recommend to try and purchase anything from this company. Could be a fake online store front.

Ordered the outdoor storage product, was told delivery Monday 18th, tried to call, phone dead, tried to email, email returned as undeliverable. Now concerned they've taken my money and no product forthcoming.

Ordered a bin storage, emailed me to say it would be about 3 weeks till delivery, I asked for a refund, now they are giving me the crap that my bank wouldn’t accept my refund. Please don’t give any money to this company it is a scam.

Saw this on homiva.uk while looking for a decent garden BBQ and glad I went for it. Heat control is proper once you get used to it, and the thermometer helps a lot. Food comes out with that proper charcoal flavour.

Took this on a weekend camping trip and it worked without any fuss. Both burners heat evenly and it’s pretty straightforward to use. Packs down nicely too, which helps when space is tight.
