I spoke to a really nice person…
I spoke to a really nice person (George)during my registration process but before the end of our conversation, I got cut off. I waited for a return call to complete everything but no one called back so I was unsure whether I had actually registered my washing machine. I think I should have been given an authorisation code but wasn’t given one. Please help.

Customer service was not very good
The lady was very pushy and wouldn’t let me speak. The lady wanted to sell me insurance and when I said I was not interested I felt like I was getting interrogated

I am not at all happy with your service. This problem has existed since day one, though I didn't pay much attention to it initially. A technician came, but the same problem persists.
