Dealing with domestic and general Hotpoint registration was easy clear and efficient- the customer service operative was helpful and friendly and covered everything in the registration and application for cover too. Ideally recommend them.

Complete joke
Complete joke. Get a call before the oven has arrived trying to "sell" me more years cover. Thing is it came with 3 years labour warranty so why would I want to pay for it. That said the registration process is a joke. Two different pages to try and find to get the offered extra cover. You would think they didn't want you claiming the extra two years.

Terrible!!!
I was told I was being put thru to register my washer when in actually fact it was a sales pitch. When I tried to break her off and tell her I didn't want to purchase any extra warranty she was rude and, persistent that I should not interrupt so I could make a informed decision. I explained I'd been married 33 years this was not my first rodeo I knew what I was turning down!
I was told by the operator that put me thru I would just be registering a washer, not listening to war and peace, plus being judged. It was in the middle of a busy morning, respect your customers time .
