Called to register the new fridge freezer the customer service person was very pushy - I said no thank you 3 times to trading upto the additional warranty cover

Ten year parts guarantee a nice offer. Had 3 different calls from Boots and Domestic and General trying to sell me insurance at £5.95 per month. Declined given fridge freezer we replaced had worked fine for 22 years which would be over £1500 in insurance instalments - not taking account that D&G jack up the instalments over time. Said I was happy to take my chances.

My experience with curry’s has been horrific from the day of delivery and I have had to email call about 8 people to try resolve my issue and I’m still no further forward, I will never buy again

Excellent from start to finish.
I ordered a new Hotpoint oven and electric hob. The items were excellent and to think I am covered for 10 years is a bonus. The customer service was very good as I needed a bit of help. So from start to finish 5 stars all round.
