Excellent from start to finish.
I ordered a new Hotpoint oven and electric hob. The items were excellent and to think I am covered for 10 years is a bonus. The customer service was very good as I needed a bit of help. So from start to finish 5 stars all round.

Automated call
Automated call. Sounded like a real person but kept talking whilst I was trying to speak so clearly automated so I hung up. Painful listening to all its automated content when I just wanted to register it and be listened to myself but this didn’t happen.

When you hear from the phone operatives things like: “I’m assuming this and that,” the disappointment comes when they should know but act like they don’t.
