Our hot tub has been laid up and neglected since Civid and Sean arrived bang on time and did a major clean up of all the pumps and pipes followed by a full wash of the inside of the tub and cover.He even did some rewiring to the control unit after our deck refurbisher had moved the tub without correctly installing the power cable. What a brilliant engineer this young man is. Faultless service to be repeated next year!

For past few year we were thinking of buying a hot tub and when visiting the garden centre we popped in to just have a look and ended up buying one! Gill was fantastic and so helpful and discussed the different models and what was best suited for us as a family. On installation day, Lee came and set it all up and explained everything. We recently purchased a Swim Spa from Gil and the team. We can't recommend them enough, they are so professional and take pride in everything they do. We have had various tradesman on site over the last 12 months and they are head and shoulders above everyone else. We loved them and their work so much, we got them to complete our whole garden restoration and we couldn't be happy. Big thanks to Theo, Gil, John, Lee and the entire team.

Fantastic service again from Tracey and the Team at Hit stub and Swim Spa Company. We purchased a hot tub two years ago but have just had a sauna installed and it’s perfect. Amazing customer service and the fitting team are second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a purchasing. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️

At the end of last year we popped in to have a look around at the various hot tubs - my wife wasn’t that keen and I wasn’t overexcited but my sons have been very keen on a hot tub for quite some time - over a few weeks I would pop in and ask Tracy and Gil various questions and On every occasion nothing was ever too much trouble even the daftest questions and there were a few - we finally decided to take the plunge no pun intended paid the deposit and arranged everything to be in place A couple of days before Christmas - unfortunately due to sickness our own Electrician’s couldn’t finish the various wiring and new fuse box Installation also they weren’t sure when they could complete because of the backlog - when I rang Sam to reschedule and I mentioned all this to him he said look if you haven’t heard anything in January I’ll get our electrician to complete everything for you - this was a lifesaver -on the day Lee came along to complete the final installation we knew exactly where the hot tub was to be placed well we thought we did Lee suggested why don’t you put it here because and why don’t you do that because And surprise surprise he was right so we put it where he said our sons friends and girlfriends think it’s brilliant on the rare occasions my wife and I have managed to sneak a plunge I have to say it really is rather relaxing - money well spent yes definitely - everybody at the hot tub and swim spa company couldn’t have been more helpful we even paid for the regular servicing in advance as we’d rather have it done by the professionals thanks again to everybody kind regards Mark
