First class
Firstly apologies it's taken a couple of weeks to write our review but we wanted to check everything continued to first class which of course it has.
Let's start with the pre sales Service Sam was excellent. Answered what we wanted to know and gave us a bit more information. But unlike other hot tub companies he didn't go in for the major sales pitch which personally I find very off putting. There was a slight delay on getting delivered but that was due to issues our end but Sam took it in his stride and it wasn't an issue for him. If your looking for a hot tub rep to advise without being bombarded with an intense sales pitch Sam is defo you man.
Delivery was nice and smooth and the installation team specifically Lee were very friendly and helpful.
As for the tub we got it's as promised "Amazing". Purchasing one of these for any household isn't a small investment so it's nice to of found a company that lets it's staff treat it's customers how they would want to be treated and they have a product does exactly what it's supposed to.
Without shadow of a doubt we would recomend

Really pleased with the product and service
From the start we have been very happy with our experience. Gil was very knowledgeable around her products and the market in general and we felt confident purchasing the Hot Tub.
There was a slight problem with delivery but this was dealt with professionally and with the minimum of fuss and set up was completed within a few days (after we had had our electrician back to extend the cable). Matt was really helpful and explained the use of all chemicals and the workings of the tub.

Highly recommend
Mat and Lee both came to deliver a new cover for my pool today. They were on time and very helpful. What should have been a 5 minute job for them became an hour of helping me to sort out a new regime for the treatment of the Swimspa, even though I did not buy it from them, nor have I had it maintained by them. Their knowledge and helpfulness means I will definitely be using them for service and maintenance in the future. So glad I found good guys at last!
