Matt the engineer arrived to service. Great service
Matt the engineer arrived to service our hot tub very polite and professional. Talked us through everything he was going to do. Gave the tub a complete birthday ! Looked like new after he finished. Located some small leaks we had discussed with him. Decided on a strategy for going forward. Cannot fault him went above and beyond for the leaks! Left it all clean and running perfectly after a shut down of over six months because of building work here.
The usual great service from the company. Always there to help and give advice and try and help with problems. Thanks to the whole team from Theo and Christina and all the great team under them. A credit to the brand.

Great service!
We had our Hydro pool Aqua trainer 14AX serviced for the first time last week. Vinny our service engineer was fantastic, clearly hugely experienced. He was exceptionally thorough , good at explaining things that I hadn’t quite understood when the pool was first installed. He gave me hints and tips about how to make the pool management much easier(which by the way isn’t difficult anyway) and smoother. Vinny patiently waited with me whilst I made notes, in the way that I would understand! Thank you Vinny, outstanding service. Fabulous pool!

Very knowledgeable and professional.
Have purchased 2 hot tubs from the Hot Tub & swim spa company over the years. I have always found all of the team to be very helpful and knowledge about their products. Current tub had a tantrum and needed some attention. Lee was quick to diagnose the fault and explained in detail his process for getting there. Hopefully I'll being enjoying bubbles in the bubbles again very soon.

We have had an issue with our swimspa tripping the electrical circuit, and Vinny went way beyond his remit in trying to sort it out - he even traced the armoured cable (which we had had fitted) into the loft to check that was not the source of the problem. We hope to be back in the water soon!

We are very concerned by the defamatory nature of your review, and it's vague contents. All our calls in and out are recorded and our policy is to keep records of all visits to our showroom. This is the same for all site visits. Interestingly we do not have your name on file anywhere. You have also only ever left one review - this negative one. We are very sorry you feel disheartened enough to write such an awful review to my company under this name or an alias but we are at a loss as to what "most basic of things Theo couldn't understand". Theo has personally been mentioned in over 400 reviews as an experienced, professional, friendly and detailed gentlemen so we are at a loss- he has over 25 years experience. Great service. Called on Sunday with a problem and had a call out booked for the following Tuesday. After some deliberation and investigation by Vinny the problem was fixed.

Annual Maintenance - swimspa drained and cleaned
We have had our swim spa drained today in preparation of winter weather. Matt visited us today to do the work and did a thorough drain and clean. The swim spa looks as good as new.

Replacing our old hot tub.
Replacing our old hot tub with a new one, both from this company including craning in and out, was made simple by the friendly office staff and onsite by the helpful Lee Sperring. We are now a month after installation and have had no need for any further support. Everything is running perfectly. Thank you.
