Firstly I will say that the items are packaged in the most beautiful way and the little details were a delight! I had ordered the circus pup harness and poop bag for my pup in the sale but the lead was out of stock :( I was a bit cheeky and messaged Hounds of Eden on instagram and just said “hey if you have a spare hanging around I’d love to buy it so I have the set”. They replied really fast and said they’d have a dig around the office and the next day they let me know that they’d found one and uploaded it to the website and posted it out the same day for me. Exceptional customer service and so friendly when talking to them. This is why I will continue to dress both my pups in Hounds of Eden - great designs and items and such a fabulous customer service that make the entire experience a delight. Thank you! 🩵

Needed a good collar for daisy,, found this sweet Halloween one , just in time for Halloween

We bought two items, a snood (S) and a velvet sailors bow for our mini Dacshund’s 1st birthday as a celebration for both her and us getting through the first year! The quality, design and craftsmanship is beautiful and the items were packaged in a beautiful presentation box. I will definitely be buying more and the snoods are particularly fab for a Dacshund as they are lined in beautifully soft teddy fleece.

Couldn’t believe how easy it was to order from the site, I’m not kidding my little fellas harness arrived the next day.
The packaging was so cute, and the Harness and little bow tie are extremely well made, fits him perfectly, I will definitely be ordering again

Check carefully before buying.
Harness was really bulky and a poor fit for puppy in fact she got her leg caught in the neck hole which wasn’t nice. Then it’s so very tight to remove over her head as it isn’t elasticated or have a clip to undo it now she’s frightened of the harness
Pity as it’s a lovely print but All products made in China!! So much for family run business

This small size swamps my puppy so the next size up really wouldn’t be suitable.

Yes an elasticated neck wouldn’t be advisable but a slight stretch in the fabric to aid removing it over the head would be great

I purchased a harness with matching bow and lead for my one dog and I was so impressed by the quality, design and finish that I ordered a second set within a few days. The customer service team were a huge help and very quick to answer queries about stock and size. Postage was 24 hour tracked and everything came in beautiful packaging. Had a couple of gorgeous lead, collar and matching bow sets from Hounds of Eden, and both absolutely gorgeous and get lots of compliments. Very stylish as well as functional, come beautifully packaged and excellent customer service.

I boughtsome pants for my German Short Haired Pointer as she came into season. They are beautifully made, great quality and superbly hygenic with the removeable pad. There is no issues with freedom of movement for the dog and no hint at all of any signs of leakage. A brilliant product that came so beautifully wrapped. Excellent work Hounds of Eden. You have set the bench mark really high for other companies many of which including those high end luxury goods and fashion houses fail to attain. You are as close to perfection as one can get, right from ordering through to delivery. a seamless, enjoyable experience. Many thanks.

Ordered a full set (collar, harness, bow tie, lead, poo bag holder) and also a hoodie for my Maisie. Wow! Totally blown away by the quality of the packaging, such attention to detail felt like I was opening a present, the products themselves are really solid and feel high quality, I love the designs they are so lovely and vibrant too, so many compliments when on walks and their customer service was so friendly and fast in helping with sizing and correcting my post code which I put in wrong by accident. 5* and will be back! The metal clasp on my cavapoos Hounds of Eden dog collar snapped suddenly leaving my dog collarless by a rather busy road. Luckily she didn’t move! Their response was to say this is impossible. They have offered, while implying this cannot have happened to replace the metal clasp. We are not taking them up on their offer. My dog will never wear one of these collars again. Avoid!

We have been buying from these guys since 2021. Their products are superb to the point where I have to stop myself buying more. We have multiple items from harnesses, to snuggle blankets to hoodies. All amazing quality and it’s our go to, EVERY time. Highly recommended and their team is pawsome (yes I did that 🤭)

Awful collar - completely stained and scratched after just 2 standard walks. Customer service told me to wash it and then never responded again.

Tried to leave a review of the collar on the website but suspiciously never appeared on the site despite submitting
