As usual a great service from HOE. Their products are always of good quality & beat the others out there hands down. My girls love their blankets as they’re nice & cosy to snuggle up in. They wash well time after time & never lose their quality or thickness. So many to choose from as well. I love the Bunny tales & now the new one that has come out with the two beautiful bears in their jumpers, beyond cuteness!!! For the quality of their products, the price is always good. I’ve had 8 blankets now from HOE & they’ve all been fantastic. Thank you HOE

Excellent service, ordered a harness for our dog in the build up to our wedding, forgot to order the lead. Contacted them and they had it with me within two days and just in time for the big day. They looked great in our dog, really good quality! Would highly recommend!

I loved the mystery harness we ordered but was slightly to big so put away till later and re ordered the smaller size was really happy when the same harness pattern came in the smaller on as we loved the purple tartan

The retro bloom collar stood out from the rest. So I ordered it for my lovely little rescue dog Caspie. It's beautifully made & I'm so happy with it. The quality is very good as is the design & colour. My little bear looks so handsome & loves wearing it. Great ordering & quick dispatch too.

Gorgeous products! I got a beautiful harness for my wee daschund and it’s a perfect fit, very good quality and looks very cute!

Firstly I will say that the items are packaged in the most beautiful way and the little details were a delight! I had ordered the circus pup harness and poop bag for my pup in the sale but the lead was out of stock :( I was a bit cheeky and messaged Hounds of Eden on instagram and just said “hey if you have a spare hanging around I’d love to buy it so I have the set”. They replied really fast and said they’d have a dig around the office and the next day they let me know that they’d found one and uploaded it to the website and posted it out the same day for me. Exceptional customer service and so friendly when talking to them. This is why I will continue to dress both my pups in Hounds of Eden - great designs and items and such a fabulous customer service that make the entire experience a delight. Thank you! 🩵
