I had a problem locating a part for my Auto Reel and called them up and after sending a picture of my Auto Reel I was sent the part in the post straightaway.

My extending hose split 1 year short of it's 5 year guarantee. I contacted Hozelock, they asked for a photo and my original receipt which I supplied. Within 3 days I received a replacement hose.
Excellent customer service.

My Hozelock Ultramax Pro Metal Sprsygun started leaking after several years use and I asked Hozelock Customer Services if a repair kit was available.
Cameron at Customer Services was very helpful and as these expensive units are not serviceable asked for photo or video of the leak and the serial number and was able to provide a free replacement Spraygun.
I have several Hozelock hoses and accessories and will continue to buy and recommend Hozelock to friends and family due to the high quality of the products and their excellent Customer Service with special mention of Cameron!

I bought the pond pump through Wickes and found the stem to be broken.
I contacted customer services and explained that I had fitted the pump and it only the stem that was brocken.
I was told to take everything out and return the whole pump back to Wickes. Impractical !!.
however after strongly objecting to this on the second occation they agreed to send me the stem.

Bought a Hoselock after other cheap ones broke. For some reason the hose split within the warranty period of 5 years. Contacted customer services and Leena has been very helpful with a new one on its way. More expensive but 100% worthwhile

My Superhoze developed a fault and started leaking a few years after purchase. Contacted customer service and Leena resolved the issue quickly and has arranged for a replacement.

Just amazing service from Hozelock. We had an issue with the 40m Autoreel Hose which, under Guarantee was replaced entirely with a new product. No quibble, just send photos and the response was quick, as was the delivery of the New hose. Big shout out to Leena at Hozelock who was exceptional in her Customer Service. 5 stars all the way. Big thanks.

Thanks alot Hoselock, when i needed a spare part you sent out very fast especially as it was a bank holiday weekend and the part arrived wednesday, brilliant service so Highly Recommended company to deal with

I had an issue with the hose not winding back in properly. I contacted the company and shared a video of the issue and the product was replaced with a brand new hose which arrived a few days later. Fantastic service and response.

Customer service with Chloe was wonderful as was product support.

My elderly mother bought the Hozelock hose reel standard from BnQ. Upon opening the box, I was angry to find that it came disassembled. The assembly was difficult as pressure and muscle was needed to fit the attachments together. We then realised that step 4 5 couldn't be completed because a part was missing. We had to go back to the store to sort the issue. The staff tried to assemble another of the same hose reel but the same part was missing. Hoze lock have no doubt sent these faulty products to a number of stores and some customers may not realise that there is a missing fault.

I called regarding my postal delivery as I had not received it. I contacted Hozelock and was advised that there had been a problem with the delivery. I was then advised that the delivery would be the next day. true to their word I received the package on the Saturday. Great customer service.

A propos des enrouleurs automatiques de tuyaux d'arrosage. Cela fait plusieurs appareile qui tombent en panne avec le même problème: le tuyau déroulé ne se bloque plus..... je vois sur le réseaux que c'est la maladie....Fabriqué maintenant en Chine, la qualité laisse beaucoup a désirer. SAV injoignable et impossible d'acheter le petit système de blocage en pièces dérachée. Je passe chez Gardena en espérant que le Deutche qualité sera au Rdv. Dommage, j'étais un fidèle client, mais trop c'est trop. Mettre à la poubelle un enrouleur pour un problème de fourniture d'une petite pièce en plastique à 2€ c'est nul. Bravo Hozelock

Quick response to my Hozelock item with a replacement supplied. within a few days.

The customer service has been absolutely brilliant. I rang their number loʻking for a part as I had an issue with my reel after almost three years use.
They asked for a couple of pictures (not only fans style) of the serial number and the part. Said they'd send the part foc. They sent me a whole new system. Absolutely brilliant. I'm out of the doghouse now.

Cameron was really helpful and sorted an issue that I had with an adapter very quickly

I had an issue with a Hozelock spray gun which had started leaking all over the place and wasn’t very old at all.
So I emailed Hozelock and explained the situation.
Within a couple of days an extremely helpful employee by the name of Leena replied to apologise on behalf of the company and requested a video of the offending spray gun problem, which I then sent her.
The following day Leena replied to say that Hozelock were going to send me a replacement, free of charge.
What a fantastic service that is and Leena could not have been more helpful.
I have always used Hozelock appliances and will definitely continue to do so.

I raised a concern with hozelock over a failed bracket. They took my concern seriously and reached out with a replacement part at no extra cost.

Hozelock have been a go to for hose products in my garden and will continue to be. Good quality at a reasonable price.

I had an issue with a Hoze lock product. I contacted the customer services department, and they were first class. Made it easy to log the issue and dealt with it very quickly and professionally. The product come with a long guarantee, and with quibble replaced the product. Fantastic Service
