A gentleman called Cameron was truly brilliant
at understanding the fault and after a few checks explained simply how to photo the fault leak from internal failures,then disable unit so a new complete Hozelock reel would be sent free of charge.

Customer service was excellent.
Issue was dealt with quickly (they even sent me reminders when I had forgotten to respond!)
I didn't even have the receipt for my purchase but that was not an issue. They used the product code to see if it was still under manufacturer warranty, and it was replaced with no issues.

I recently had an issue with a leaking/split hozelock expanding hose . I had previously registered the Guarantee so followed the reporting process . It was quick and easy, I provided the relevant documentation and video as requested.
It was acknowledged straight away and it was confirmed they a replacement hose would be dispatched to me in the next 3-5 days . And it was as promised . I must thank Leena for her prompt attention throughout and can only compliment the service provided . Andy Gay - Lymington Hants

This is the advert for the item I purchased.
HOZELOCK - Superhoze Expanding Hose 15 m : Flexible Hose, Stretches up to 3x Original Length.
This gives the impression that the hose will expand to 45m.
It is misleading as the actual expanded length is only 15 metres. There is also a 5 year guarantee BUT it only applies to the fittings NOT the hose. I wrote to the Managing Director Simon Davis two weeks ago but have not received any reply or even an acknowledgement.

Having purchased an item with a missing part, this was resolved by a Hozelock representative. While Hozelock seemed to find it difficult to identify the product with the numbers from the packaging not showing on their system, providing photo's of the packaging and product did eventually identify the correct item. The agent resolved the problem by promptly sending the missing part once the confusion of identifying the right item was overcome. Overall, great service from Hozelock.

I contacted Hozelock about my leaking hosepipe. Absolutely superb response from them.
Honoured the warranty without question.

Contacted Hozelock about a 5 year old hose pipe that had warped in the sun. It had a 30 year guarantee and Leena kindly sent me a replacement at no cost, no questions asked. The new hose arrived really quickly too. Great customer service! Thank you!

Had a leak in a 30 year guarantee hose, contacted customer services and was asked for purchase details and a photo of the problem. This was a Friday, next working day an email telling me a replacement had been dispatched.
Wish more suppliers were this good.

I caused a malfunction on my hose reel system which was just out of warranty. However on production of evidence of the reel Hozelock have kindly agreed to replace the item.
Much appreciate the assistance as I can no longer manually retract any hose.

I contacted this hose lock as I had a problem with my hoze. Although I did not have a receipt I received a replacement hose. Tim was my contact there and he was efficient and helpful. I really was not sure of the service I would receive but I was glad I contacted them and would recommend this company for their efficiency
