Molly was fantastic. So professional and informative, always keeping me updated with the latest news regarding the chain. She reduced the stress levels of moving home greatly by always being at the end of the phone.

This is the best estate agent I have ever come across. Molly, Michaela and Tanya are the best assets of this estate agent. They are ready to go an extra mile all the time. Their patients with the clients have no limits. They made contact with all solicitors and estate agents of the chain and informed me the progress daily. It helped me to keep calm and patient. It was very stressful and took six months to come to exchange the contract. Without their fantastic professional help it could have fell through.

I am really thankful to them and looking forward to completion in five days time.

Exceeded expectations throughout the process of selling my flat. The photos taken were very professional and showed my property in its best light. Response times to any emails or whatsapp messages were swift which I can only imagine would be the same for clients looking to view the property. The ball was not dropped once my property had received an offer as they continued to liase with both solicitors to ensure the the sale went through as speedily as possible. Thoroughly recommend.

I was trying to schedule a viewing at the last minute for a house I really like in the Brentwood area. Our HS Estate Agent Molly went out of her way to show us around the property despite the short notice. In addition to being given instructions on what to do, we were also given recommendations for the conveyance lawyers that were needed for the transaction of the house. HS Estate Agent and their team have been very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Moreover, they kept us informed of all the details and actions that were to be taken. I really appreciate them for making the transaction go smoothly.
