Hubby and I have been buying and selling houses for years, we can actually say this is the first time we have been able to complete in record time I.e. less than 10 weeks including the month of December when things quiet down. Michaela and Molly were extremely professional and handled our affairs as if they were selling their property. They kept us in the loop, such that we did not have to chase them up at all. We definitely recommend them and are really happy we chose them over the "more established estate agents". As far as we are concerned, they were the most genuine in regards to how they would provide the service and they delivered beyond our expectations

A small paragraph could not do enough justice for how incredible HS Estates have been with our case but I’ll give it a go.
As first time home buyers, my partner and I were extremely new and pretty clueless to the whole process, nevertheless Molly and Michaela were always on hand to offer their support and guidance. I honestly can't rate HS Lettings highly enough. I first met Fran Brabham-Neil just after my father died and I was considering letting the house that was to be left to me. I saw many agents at that time, but Fran was the only one I felt inclined to work with at what was a very difficult time. Fran is entirely professional in her offering whilst being truly genuine, trustworthy, and there to offer a very personal service - not just get business in the bag. It took three years for me to finally clear and empty my father's home. Even whilst it was still not ready to let, Fran was there to offer advice and guidance and get me across the finish line. I feel very lucky to have chosen such a partner in this hefty project. I was delighted with the way the property was advertised and I had total confidence in her selection of prospective tenants.
