Other applications are more professional and quickly response.

Absolutely appalling!! Awful service, awful customer service!! App deleted after multiple incidents. Don’t waste your time!! Use one of the many, much better delivery services in Riyadh, like Jahez.
Hunger Station is the worst!

Worst customer service I have encountered for any issue.
They can’t escalate, they speak rudely by phone, you can email regarding a matter and they never respond.
Their drivers are never wearing safety so are never allowed in compounds.
Drivers always take ages as they deliver to other people.
You can’t even reach the customer service advisors as there’s no number and by chat they are always trying to end it.

Delivery was delayed or canceled by rider, contacted the customer service and the called driver who then appeared later. Asking for money as HungerStation don’t pay riders if you complain. Crazy way of treating people, will make sure everyone knows about this . Will never order ever again. Food was cold and poor quality

They delivered my order wrong, they said they would issue a refund.. it never happened. At the end to solve the situation they suspended my account

Watch out ! I call it stealing!
I did a delivery yesterday night from Mamoula shop and provided my address where there is a security guy in the compound. The driver refused to leave the package at the security and called me and I couldn t answer so he cancelled the order . After 5 mins I reordered the same order and another driver came and didn t even contact me and left the order at the security . So I paid the same order twice and I called the customer service and they said they cannot help and the money is lost .
What do you call this?

Very bad and inexperienced people are working in customer service. They lied to me after I registed with them for one year with 100% cash back Sabb card offer. It is a big lie. Be careful guys please

Poor customer service they didn't solve or offer any alternatives, driver didn't deliver my order and he marked it delivered (simply just took my order) and customer service wouldn't do anything about it! How unprofessional

The Most Horrible Experience, They are such thieves stealing your credit money and whatever complains you will did , They will not return back

fraud with customers they charge extra money from actual value and taxes and delivery chargers.

This company is the rudest and most unprofessional, I have payed for a 1 month free delivery subscription, and when I went to place an order, they scammed me for 40﷼ worth of subscriptions, very unprofessional and very bad, I placed an order for desserts and the food came out all messy and honestly looked like straight up 🤢 not ordering from hungerstation again!!!!!

Simple they stole my money by credit card then they mentioned it’s arrived while I didn’t receive anything thats was in ksa and after calling customer service oh ok we will see and until now didn’t receive anything money or food they are horrible my complaint number is 677146259 you can check by yourself

I ordered AlBaik via hungerstation and pay it online, driver called me and asking me to pay another 15sr, because the delivery area is far from the location, i told the driver if you cannot deliver then cancel the order, sad to say, they didn't give me my refund worth 62sr....

Waste of time using this ordering app, price is high and the delivery guy is so rude and aske to give and pay another 15sr... 😡😡😡

After 2 hours of waiting they cancelled my order !!!! And after contacting the costumer service they said they cant do anything !!!! Horrible driver horrible service

I’ve ordered from hunger stations multiple times but there’s always atleast one mistake in my orders. Recently I ordered from hunger station and the driver delivered the order to the wrong location and when I asked the customer service they said they can’t do anything about it nor give the refund. I’ve tried contacting the driver as well but he just left me on sent and customer service just kept saying they can’t do anything and won’t give refund
