Horrible drivers and customer support…

Horrible drivers and customer support you put in a note to just leave the food as a reception and not to contact you as you are in meetings and what happens after your meeting you look hungry at your app to see that it was cancelled because they couldn’t reach you totally destroying the used case of ordering for busy people

I have found hungersation to be…

I have found hungersation to be satisfactory. My recent order was spilt in the bag and I received instant credit. Unfortunately I also have the restaurant one star and it wasn't their fault, just the rider. But no option to change this

I don't have a saudi phone number

I don't have a saudi number, but i have managed to make many orders and when the delivery arrives, they contact me on whatsapp and i make the call or text back. Last order was cancelled and when i contacted the help center, they said the driver wasn't able to reach you because they don't make international calls and they wouldn't refund me.
it surprises me because i have already received multiple previous orders!

My phone went off before the delivery guy got to my location, and because of this I didn’t get my order and a refund, the most annoying thing is they said it a policy? What nonsense policy is that, I don’t recommend this App mtchewwww

Worst customer service and no refunds policy ouch

I would recommend To you or any other food delivery service over hunger station if you are new to the country or visiting it. The app shows wrong estimated delivery time and if you are not close to your phone when the driver arrives ( those wrong ETAs make this possible) the food is gone and your money too. You would try to contact rider and yep he's eating your food somewhere so dont even think he will pickup the phone even though he has his phone glued to the handle of his bike and missing call or message notifications is really hard from that spot.
Worst of worst is the customer service, they do not give two Shytes about your call or emails as they have made up for their potential loss by robbing you of your money so no doors to knock here folks.
There should a concent check mark for customer to agree to these decade old non refund policies before payment page.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! They cancelled my order and didn't refund me money because a random spam number called me and didn't answer and he left with the food and he didn't even ring the doorbell and I have a camera evidence of all this. Second time one of the drivers tried to force himself into my house and grab my hand and they did nothing aboit it when I reported it!

Be wary- if ypu don’t answer the driver takes your food So dissapointed.

So dissapointed.
On Thursday 21st at Iftar time I tried to order food. The cart was blocked ( white color & not green)!. I was unable to proceed to verify the food order and pay so I gave up.
I fell asleep and within 2 H I realized that the app had taken 162 SAR off my credit card and although I had missed calls from the driver the food had not been left at the door.
Instead of returning the food to the restaurant, the driver took the food.
When I spoke to 4 representatives on the chat, no one has helped me in 5 days.
One representative agreed that the driver took the food.
So, now this person is agreeing that they took ( or stole!!) the food.
This is a Hunger station employed saying this and is ok with it.
Amazing what the perspective is. To think they openly say this is ok.
Plus, the starting issue is the application which during iftar was not working BUT still took money they are NOT authorized to take.
It took me 6 years to learn never to use them again.
Be aware of the issues and corruption

One of the worst experience at hunger…

One of the worst experience at hunger station ksa happened with me today ! I placed 2 orders and than tried to contact the drivers to change the location and pay them extra charge they refused and cancelled the order , took the order back to the store without even delivering it to the original address , and refused to refund ! Not recommended at all

DO NOT TRUST HUNGERSTATION, RIYADH! THEY ARE GUILTY OF FINANCIAL FRAUD!

EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN WRONGED BY THEM SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE MINISTRY! THEY WILL NOT STOP UNTIL WE STOP THEM! SPREAD THE WORD ALL OVER YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA! FIGHT BACK!

***Read my negative review and other negative reviews on their Google locations. They have stolen money from their customers many times!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! MAY ALLAH BRING THEM TO JUSTICE ASAP!!

Hungerstation robed me.

Hungerstation robed me.
I spend 600 SAR in sushi in a branch that is 5 mins from my house.
Because I was on an important urgent call I couldn’t answer the driver. Instead of taking the food back to the shop, hungerstation kept the order and kept my money. Useless customer service.
No wonder they have to spend all that money in advertising….

After contacting with an agent all I got is robotics answers. When I asked clearly and politely for a reasonable explanation, they repeated the “robotics answer” again, and shut down the conversation ignoring my questions !

They get your order wrongs every-time

They get your order wrongs every-time, or an Item is missing and then do nothing about it or just give 10SAR Cash back that will literally go to them. They don’t care about customers at all. Its a headache every time I use this app.
