Hello
I already complain many times at your chatbot nothing happened still.
I received order.
I gave driver in total 210 sar. Order was 130 sar. He told me he will come back with money. But nobody came. I am missing 80sar. Your driver stole money!

They have no way of contacting them…

They have no way of contacting them other than leaving a message on an app when nobody responds to you. I had an issue with the app setting my home address incorrectly despite having used the same address only a week before with no issues resulted in both orders having to be cancelled and re ordered through my husbands app. Despite being told by the driver care this would be resolved by raising a ticket over 3 days ago and 3 times no response received.

تم طلب طعام من مطعم يبعد تقريبا خمس عشرة دقيقة من بيتي بالسيارة في تمام الساعة الخامسة وسبع دقائق عصرا من تطبيق هنقرستيشن وذلك على أساس أن مدة التوصيل لا تتجاوز خمس واربعون دقيقة كما كان مسجلاً في التطبيق وفي الساعة السادسة وثلاث وثلاثون دقيقة أي ساعة ونصف من بدء الطلب تقريبا طلبت من خدمة العملاء الغاء الطلب وارجاع المبلغ المدفوع حيث بلغ بي الجوع مبلغه وبدأت أحس بدوخة فوافق ممثل الخدمة على الغاء الطلب ولم يوافق على ارجاع المبلغ وبالفعل لم يصل الطلب ولم يرجع المبلغ مع العلم أنه وصلتني رسائل من التطبيق تفيد بإتمام توصيل الطلب ورسائل تطلب مني تقييم المطعم وتقييم خدمة التوصيل ورسالة لإعطاء مبلغ هدية لمندوب التوصيل الذي لم أره أساسا وحيث أن ما حدث يعتبر سوء خدمة وسوء تعامل واستخفاف بالانظمة أرجو من الهيئة اجبار التطبيق على إرجاع المبلغ المخصوم سواء المخصوم كاش أو المخصوم من رصيد محفظة التطبيق ومجموعهم ست وسبعون ريال كما اطالب التطبيق بمبلغ الف ريال تعويضاً عن الأضرار التي لحقت بي نتيجة عدم توصيل الطلب وعدم ارجاع المبلغ علما بأن جميع ما ذكر مدعوم بصور لدي رقم الطلب 1022062960 بتاريخ 8 يونيو 2023

Terrible service

Terrible service: Driver didn’t pick up the food and the restaurant couldn’t connect with him. The driver then wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called so basically I was screwed with the order. The helpline was useless - the operator kept closing the chat function - almost as if my issue was too difficult for him to fix.

Poor Customer Service

Haitham A who works for customer service was also rude to me. I’m vegetarian and my meal came with meat. Haitham A basically called me a liar and cut the conversation off with a ❤️. Very frustrating.

As someone who pays for H plus delivery and orders through the app almost daily, I am utterly disgusted by the customer service.
Extremely rude, unfair and completely incompetent.
I've received the wrong order too many times to count and have a dairy allergy where the wrong items are sent and order isn't followed. I explain it all to hunger stations customer service representative who are extremely slow, and they resolve absolutely nothing. They try to fob you off with 10sar as a solution while not refunding a penny for the wrong order and tell you that you are making things up because you are unhappy with the solution (Haitham A who works in customer service precisely said this to me which is beyond rude). My last order arrived cold with cheese and the item that arrived was different to the description of the item I selected on the menu and Haitham closed the chat twice without resolving anything after keeping me waiting for literally over 30 minutes through a pointless chat that resolved nothing.
Imagine you make an order and you have an allergy and the restaraunt sends you the wrong item , COLD, with the ingredient you are allergic to and you complain- the restaraunt would give you a full refund or replace the items for their mistake and this is exactly hunger stations responsibility in this circumstance and they have done nothing.

I strongly advise all customers to start using Jahez and other apps. You may think you're paying less with hunger station but often times some items are priced higher and they make money by giving you a 30sar minimum spend everytime before free delivery is applied (even with H plus delivery membership) and often times drivers don't follow instructions and items arrive late/ cold and COMPLETELY WRONG!
Once my membership expires I will not be using hunger station anymore and if you want good quality customer service, competence and fairness with a company that values their loyal customers, go elsewhere where.

If hunger station continue like this , I assure you it won't be long before they end up closing down.

One star is too much

One star is too much. Order was shown as delivered when it was not. Most of the time the orders are late because the driver can’t find the location.Totally incompetent management and is really a waste of time. Orders are never refunded.

My money was taken

Order canceled twice with no refund of money. Although costumer service said they would refund. Absolutely avoid using them. Unprofessional costumer service reps. And no reply to my emails.

Awful customer service

I spoke to Hungerstation customer service agent due to an issue with an order I had. The agen “Abdullah” was incredibly rude and abusive! I was speechless! I wish I read these reviews before using this appalling company!

Ordered 2 steak and cheese Subway… received only steak and bread ... no cheese !!!

Ordered 2 steak and cheese Subway sandwiches with multiple add-ons. We received bread and steak ... no cheese, no vegetables, no sauces. No add ons whatsoever. When contacting the customer chat support he was sure that I had not ordered any add ons and told me to check my order. It doesn't show me the addons. This is not the first time this has happened. The app is difficult to use especially when trying to place complaints or issues!! User be ware. This is besides the fact that hunger station prices are higher than menu prices of restaurants and the fact that there are delivery charges on top of that!!

Worst and stupid customer service
Food comes late and cold
It's my 3rd complaint to them and they always said next time will not happen and thats the only answer they had, I am done with this app.

I ordered two orders from KFC

I ordered two orders from KFC, the first one I was waiting 3 hours and it didn't turn up, the second one i as driving around for an hour and still didn't meet the driver. He also spoke no English, I have been trying to geta refund or a credit note for the past week with no response. This is disgusting service, and I will not be ordering from them again.
