This was the best price I found on the internet for the items I wanted. I was a bit nervous after ordering and then reading some of the reviews, but I didn't need to worry. They kept me informed, despatched the item quickly, notified me of delivery and the gorgeous items arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Many thanks.

I bought two Roman blinds from Ideal Textiles. The price knocked all the competitors out of the park. One site would have charged about £200 more for the same blinds. The quality is excellent and the after-sales service was exemplary. My husband and I managed to damage one of the brackets when we were fitting the first blind. Thanks to Ashley at Ideal Textiles, I received not just one replacement, but four, at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Website looks very promising with a great range, so I bought two cushion covers.
They never arrived (in fact the order never changed from “processing”. Tried to contact customer service three separate times both by email and phone and was completely ignored. It’s a scam. Took my money and never sent the product.

I would love to give this review 5 stars because the made to measure blind is great BUT the delivery was over 2 weeks late and trying to get any concrete information was hopeless with Ideal Textiles admitting it wasn’t up to scratch and couldn’t get any answers for me from their warehouse. Only when I asked for a full refund and cancellation of the order was I told it had been despatched. I need another blind making but I’m sorry to say they are not worth all the aggravation.

Bought some bedding described as blush pink, more like a horrible salmon colour, really disappointed.

I was dubious to order from this company due to the reviews. I’m glad I did super fast service very good communication. Would defo use this company again. Thank you 😊

Ordered some Christmas cushion covers after reading positive reviews about this company’s products. Well my experience wasn’t so great. One of the red cushion covers I ordered has coloured my suede armchair! I also returned some products and they charged me for return £3.95. Won’t be ordering from them again

Ordered Christmas bedding for my son for his double bed. Delivery arrived after a week quality is ok but it says it lights up in the dark eh no it doesn’t. So disappointed.

Ordered some bedding what seems like years ago.... went to dispatcher 29th November still.with them today 8th December. Contacted the company who didn't really care ...let's hope my stuff arrives eventually.

The rainbow stripped bedding for my double bed arrived quicker than I expected to.

I can't fault the quality of the duvet and pillowcases at all.
I love the entire set. It really brightens up my mood and bedroom on these long dark nights.

I suffer with Seasonal Affective Disorder so bright colours like in this bedding set really help

I have ordered two different Teddy bear bedding set's from ideal textiles and have been very happy with the set's. Delivery was good and bedding set's are lovely and warm.

I ordered four very keenly priced velvet cushion covers from Ideal textiles, for less than a tenner each when I had seen the self same covers on eBay for almost £12 a pop and at Amazon for nearly £17 a go! Their communication and delivery process has been exemplary and I have a lovely set of covers for a very reasonable price. Well done Ideal Textiles.

Bought four duck egg cushion covers, arrived very quick and they are more than beautiful, just what I was looking for.

I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. cushion pads delivered which were not the size I ordered. The salesperson tried to convince me they were correct. As it cost £4.95 to return them which I thought was excessive, reluctantly I have had to buy another set locally. Very poor service.
