We love the iGarden robot. It recently quit working and the cinpany is shipping a brand new one to replace our existing one. This is great customer service.

We bought the iGarden M1AI robotic pool cleaner. While we haven’t been able to pair it to be able to use the app despite lots of effort on iGarden’s technical support team, we are very happy with its performance. And, the cute sports car design gets a lot of compliments! Response time from the company is amazing despite a huge time difference and they truly want you to be happy with your purchase. So far, a great experience.

After I contacted your office. I had very fast response from you when I can fourth for a couple of emails. Then the problem was resolved.

We have had a KN55 all season and it has proven to be one of the better decisions we have made involving our pool. So convenient, cleans well, battery lasts a long time. So much better than the pool sweep we had before that constantly got tangled and needed new parts. Well done iGarden!

I backed the iGarden Swim Jet X Series on Kickstarter, so I went into the purchase understanding that there could potentially be some teething problems and delays with a new product coming through its first production run.

There were certainly some delays to fulfilment, and I did have to contact iGarden a few times for updates. I also gave them some constructive feedback that I felt project-wide updates could have been more frequent and transparent.

What impressed me, however, was how responsive and helpful the customer support team were throughout. Every time I contacted them, I received a prompt, polite and genuinely helpful response. They listened to my concerns, kept me updated and ultimately went considerably further than I expected to make up for the delays.

Now that I have the Swim Jet, I can honestly say that I am really pleased with it. It is a fantastic bit of kit and has completely changed how I can use my pool. The build quality is excellent, it is straightforward to set up and use, and it does exactly what I hoped it would.

For me, the product itself has absolutely lived up to the expectations I had when I backed it — and the way iGarden handled the inevitable challenges of delivering a new Kickstarter product has left me very impressed with the company as well.

I would happily recommend both the Swim Jet and iGarden.

The pool cleaner is fantastic. Quality is great and does the job with no headache.

I had an issue with my Igarden pool cleaner. The support team was fast in answering and instead of a repair, they upgraded the pool cleaner. This is awesome!!!

First I bought their new current pool which I love!!! Then a pool robot. I could not be happier. Even when there was a problem, they were quick to work me to resolve it. A company that many should follow

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on a higher-end pool cleaner. We have a larger pool, so I wanted something that would do a really good job and be worth the money. I ended up going with the **iGarden K Pro Series**, and so far, it has worked great!

I did have an issue with the left track not working properly, so I reached out to their service department. I have to say, I’ve been **really impressed with their customer service**. They have been quick to respond, very helpful, and have stayed on top of everything while helping me get the issue taken care of.

It’s nice to see a company that actually takes care of its customers when there’s a problem. I’m very happy with both the cleaner and the support I’ve received.

My pool robot stopped working. I called the company and received resolution to my issues within one day and it was on a Sunday. The communication with IGarden it is one of the best I ever experienced. It is refreshing to see in this day and age; a company that stands behind their product.

I love this product and customer service is tremendous! I had a small issue come up and they took care of it swiftly and to my satisfaction. Several people got involved and made sure that I was happy. I have referred several people to this product and company.

I bought the SwimJet through Kickstarter. Although we only just started using it, it is very easy to use and works great. My kids used it for fun and I used it for swimming. We had one add-on item that didn't arrive and customer support has been responsive to my inquiry. In fact, I was so happy with the company I just went back and ordered a pool cleaner and again had a very positive experience with customer support. They patiently explained the differences between the models, and even looked at pictures of my pool to clarify what the limitations of the cleaner might be and what size would be sufficient.

Our pool cleaner works great, couldn't be happier with the job that it does to clean our pool. After two months, we were having a slight issue with the tire tread so I reached out to customer service. They responded within an hour to let us know that they will be replacing our unit with a new one. I couldn't be happier with the quick fix to this issue.

Issues with the unit were quickly handled by customer service. Overall very satisfied with the interaction.

The issue that I have with the I garden pool cleaner isn’t whether it cleans or not but I can make a selection. The unit is ready to go. I essentially push start and it takes forever to get moving so I don’t. I’m standing around waiting and waiting and waiting trying to figure out is this thing gonna go? Is it not gonna go every other pool cleaner I push start the thing goes here. I’m standing here wasting my time just to find out. It’s not actually gonna go or it does actually go and then I’m even more pissed. fix this problem.

I had an issue with my K-36 pool robot. Customer Service guided me through how to trouble shoot the issue and when it would not resolve they sent me a replacement which took less than a week. They stayed in constant email contact with me and responded promptly to all of my emails throughout the process.

iGarden representatives customer service has been exceptional. We are having an issue with our current pool vacuum and they have been very responsive and helpful in finding a good solution for us! We plan to purchase with them again in the near future.

I ordered the Swim Jet X30-P30 and it works just as advertised! I use it for exercise and I'm very pleased with it. Even better, I had an issue with a defective accessory and contacted support who promptly helped me diagnose the problem and get it resolved. I am very happy with the product and the support!
