Cruise booking with variations.
I spoke with the consultant following up on a conversation he had with my husband regarding the potential booking of a NZ cruise. When I explained that the booking would be dependant on a link in with time share accomodation in Rotorua he asked if we would still travel if the time share were unavailable. When I said 'probably not' as the whole purpose was to link the two together, there was a notable cooling of attitude by the consultant, Even when I promised to call back the negative attitude remained. This however, did reverse when I called back to confirm the cruise having been able to gain the time share. We have been through this whole process with a different company where the attitude was nothing but supportive while we put it all together. However, once this was all confirmed he was nothing but helpful, including with the flight variation request.

I saw the advert on FB and called Phone was answered straight away by Todd
Information and process was given in detail
As I am going with a friends I needed to relay the info and arranged a call back from Todd who called at the agreed time
Booking completed and I was advise there would be an email within 72 hours with all the details and links
The mail arrived less than 24 hours
Todd also gave us the contact number to call if we had any further queries
I am impressed so far with the service
