Second joyous time around
This is the second time I have made travel plans with this company and also had the pleasure of dealing with the same Agent, Scot Mac Phee on my original Cruise on the QE2 from Melbourne to New Zealand in 2020. We made our booking with Daniel. He was extremely efficient and helpful. He was considerate and patient- as we were still deciding details of our trip.
The trip was terrific, however our guides seemed to be lacking information. Our first guide didn't have a list of travellers. Our second guide - Patricia missed quite a few organisational details. Leaving us to liase with bus drivers etc. Our last guide in London, Nate Young was terrific.
