The first person I spoke to was Felicity Bolton, whom was very patient and easy to talk to and was very helpful. We had one couple in Sydney and one in Brisbane so we had to wait a day or two for reply's, Considering this trip was popular she was very accommodating and suggested we did not wait until she came back on the Monday to work. So when we decided to maybe go ahead we rang again and go to speak to Viran whom was so nice and also very patient and went out of her way to help us and now we are booked and very excited, I have also recommended your company to many other people.

Booking a holiday for next year
My representative (Nathan Brown) followed up as required. He apologised for not returning the call at our agreed time and then proceeded to help me understand the holiday i was interested in. He was clear and patient as he explained all details of the holiday and booking requirements and ensured I understood documents signed.
