Disappointed that we had a long wait…
Disappointed that we had a long wait between our flight home from disembarkation of our cruise but impressed that a short coach trip was organized however it would have been good if we had been told before hand rather than stressing about what we would do before getting this information

The communication with the sales team…
The communication with the sales team was great however the return of the receipt and the itinerary took too long. In this day and age of so many scams it worries customers when it takes so long to get a receipt that has gone over instantly by Osco.
