All of the crew members of the Murray Princess were very helpful.
The meals were excellent in quality and quantity.
The boat trip on Sunday was informative and interesting.The young man did well with his comments.
Cabins as expected small but adequate.We appreciated the daily service. One night the air conditioning was noisy enough to disturb sleep . This was attended to the next day, thank you.
The safari was a bit disappointing as we could not leave the coach to spent time on viewing platforms.
I appreciated the wine and product talk and tasting.
John our musician entertained us well with his singing - much appreciated, thanks John.

We booked with this company in Oct 2025…
We booked with this company in Oct 2025 for a river cruise and Mediterranean Cruise. Two weeks before final payment in June this year they notified us that the riverboat was not complete. We were not offered an alternative cruise from Budapest but rather a shortened cruise from Amsterdam, which we really did not want but were stuck with either accepting that or completely cancelling the tip. On the trip we found out how poorly we had been treated. People from Britain and Europe had been notified in January or earlier, when they paid their deposit, that the trip was not available and had been offered 2 to 3 alternative cruises from Budapest with other companies. Some passengers were even given a $500 return voucher if they booked with them again. Some of the Aussies on the trip were offered alternatives 2 months prior to the final payment and a small group along with ourselves were belatedly informed and given nothing but the Amsterdam Trip or cancellation.
The boat from Amsterdam had been launched only a week earlier , which was okay if you didn't mind sharing your stateroom with electricians, painters, carpet layers and welders. The staff was an adhoc group of new people and many did not know what they were required to do. Meals were hit and miss. It was 37 degrees and we had BBQs on the top deck (with limited seating in the shade) for lunch. Staff appeared at times to be disorganised and failed to communicate well with others involved. After 3 days of organized chaos things did improve, but in Barcelona we were put on a bus to go to the port without our luggage. Some Passengers withholding their hand luggage alerted us to the fact that our luggage was not on board, the Imagine personnel had not noticed this. Three older ladies were left in Barcelona in 40 degree heat without a shower because the hotel only had very high shower baths that were surrounded by glass. They could not get a room that allowed them to access the shower.
The taxi transfers worked well and were efficient and reliable and our hotel in Amsterdam was very good.

I try always to go away with imagine
I try always to go away with imagine. I only used flight centre as I can visit and drip pay off as I go and maybe add side trips. I like face to face preferably.
