I purchased a watch from these guys not so long ago. The watch was sold as new which I paid extra for but was however just polished and I was ripped off.

Very rude staff I do not recommend these guys at all!

Imperial sold the watch that I originally wanted which I did not blame him for as they are really busy, then I received a call the very next day stating they had an even better watch for me which I agreed to purchase.
The service from start to finish was amazing from comms to progress reports, and the personal touch provided by Imperial.

Really nice guys. Took my watch in for a quote on a complicated repair and they gave me a good quote but I decided against repair at this time. They responded to emails nice and promptly. Only thing to improve would be that I told them what time I could come to pick up my watch (my lunch break), and when I arrived within that time, the watch wasn't there and I had to wait for them to go and get it. Not a huge deal.

The guys at Imperial Time really went above and beyond with all aspects of their service here. Came in for a simple valuation request at the recommendation of one my friends. Ended up leaving with two new watches! A conversation about our respective business, then switched to future plans with watch investments and how the market has completely changed. No salesly tactics, just honest advice and opinions. Really made to feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend paying these guys a visit. I'm sure I'll be seeing you all again soon!

Wanted an Investment watch and Imperial Time really helped to advise and go through all the different models. Ended up buying a GMT master II in steel and couldn't be happier.
