Excellent price and Evan better service.. I would definitely recommend for your watches and jewellery

I have been to many jewellers in Hatton gardens but none of them stood out like Imperial time. The staff was VERY helpful and aided me in making a few purchases. They never once pressured me to leave a deposit like other jewellers have. I will HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family. They will definitely be seeing me again!

Amazing service, very helpful and polite team
Definitely will use again when I purchase my next time peace!

Well went to Hatton garden to purchase a Rolex there were many shops selling Rolexes which we went in but these were the top notch Rolexes and customer service was absolutely excellent very polite and nothing was too much trouble They were not pushing into you buying from them this was the first shop we went to after going to another six shops we knew that the first shop was the best For quality and customer services and they even kept my daughter happy trying on the diamond bracelets while my husband chose his Rolex she was just gutted she couldn’t have one so if you’re looking for a Rolex and you’re going to Hatton Garden please go to these people first you won’t be disappointed

Genuine buyers had no problems at all good business to deal with no hesitation at all

Great service, fabulous bracelet, would definitely recommend Imperial Time. Item shipped as promised just in time for Christmas.
Keep up the good work :))

Great customer service is not easy to come by so when I receive it I think it’s worth acknowledging.
I needed a repair on my necklace and within a couple of days of them receiving it they repaired and returned.
The quality of the repair and service was outstanding.
I will not hesitate to recommend this company.

Great customer service and managed to repair my chain with a quick turnaround time.

Great bunch of guys with outstanding customer service…they even bought my daughter some marshmallows for my second visit as she’d mentioned she was a big fan of them! No high street shop would bother doing that. Great watch at a more than fair price.

Absolutely amazing experience dealing with these guys, I made an enquiry regarding a watch, it was the best price for by far the best example. Imperial time dealt with my enquiries even out of working hours due to my work habits. I don't live anywhere near the area so the watch had to be delivered. The watch was on my wrist within 24 hours of my initial enquiry. Top Job guys and thank you so much.

Great service I have purchased multiple watches from imperial and the service has been excellent would recommend to anyone looking to buy a watch.
