Thank you for reaching out, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused by your recent order. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we want to make some explains.

1- Missing Tags on Some Dresses – We’ve checked with our team, and this was due to a transition between production batches where newer tags were added. However, we fully acknowledge that the packaging and presentation should have been consistent, and we regret that this was not the case. But all dresses are new.

2- Poor Communication & Service Experience – We are deeply disappointed to hear about your interaction with Tina. But she is also working to comply with the website's return policy. We are willing to bear the shipping cost if it is a quality issue with the dress, but due to different production batches resulting in different tags, this does not prove that there is any problem with our dresses.

We completely understand if you still wish to proceed with a chargeback, but we hope this offer demonstrates our commitment to resolving the issue fairly.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the stress this has caused, especially for such an important occasion. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct this.
