The dresses arrived quite quickly and they are such good quality. All 5 of my bridesmaids are happy with their dresses and they fit perfectly, despite all my bridesmaids being various sizes. Gorgeous dresses. Definitely recommend.

Customer service lies!!!
Customer service was all going well until they decided to offer me a 50% refund. Once I accepted this I was completely ignored and no refund issued!!
Was really impressed with everything up until this moment.
I asked to return the dress as due to long shipping times we had to go elsewhere for the dress. I was offered to keep the dress with 50% refund which I was over the moon about. However after accepting that offer it was retracted which I was really unhappy about. I then tried to contact customer services multiple times and have been completely ignored.

To improve our service, we have now taken full control of our operations—from production to after-sales support—ensuring stricter quality control and a more efficient, worry-free shopping experience for you.
Currently, both our shipping and returns warehouse are located in Worcester, making the process more transparent and responsive. If the dress you received isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days—no questions asked!
We sincerely apologize for this unacceptable experience—you should never have been left waiting after agreeing to a resolution. This is not how we want our customers to feel.
To make this right, we’ve escalated your feedback to our customer service team to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your patience, and we deeply regret the frustration this has caused.

Bought two dresses!
Bought two long infinity dresses - in teal and navy. Beautiful flowing fabric and so many options for wearing. Also came with super bandeau to allow for tonnes of different styles. Staff very helpful online also. Would definitely recommend! 🤩

Not right for the occasion
Unfortunately we decided to go with a different design for our bridesmaids dresses, however the customer service was excellent, fast responses and sorted a refund very quickly. The dresses are also a lovely design and a beautiful colour (dusty blue), just not right for this occasion.

The dresses are exactly as the picture I have seen them on another site for double the price! The colour is beautiful (dusky blue) and we are travelling abroad for our wedding are ideal to fold and take, the bandeau is an added option (free)and perfect as some of my bridesmaids want to wear and some done customer service is very prompt too
