I’m based in the Uk and ordered from infinity dress - unfortunately the quality was cheap and it’s an absolute nightmare getting a refund! After chasing and after several week I’m still waiting .... I would definately avoid!

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. I am a big girl with weight to lose before the wedding. What an absolute joy and relief not to have to worry if I can fit into my dress . It fits now and I will try my best to eat healthy and even if I lose a couple of stone it will still fit ! But now there is no pressure. So comfortable and a dress I will be able to wear again and again.Such a simple idea that is good in so many ways. Highly recommended .

Tries to block refund - posting costs for return BIG
If you order a dress online it is your staturory right to request a no quibble refund within 14 days. Not for this company. They will refuse the refund, despite suggesting on their website they have a returns policy. How can you know the dress is right until you try it on? For me, it wasn't, slightly wrong shade, too shiny material, and a simple but cheap looking finish. I am allowed to request a refund without a long drawn out email process with Tina. NOT OK. DO not buy from them.
