I am delighted to hear you loved your 2in1 halo studs, as they are truly beautiful and one of our very best sellers, while you received a substantial discount with your NHS discount code, as a token of our appreciation to the great work the NHS offers our country.

I am however sad to hear our packaging wasn't to your personal preference.
As part of a sustainable online model to protect our planet for our entry level range jewellery, as well as making sure the package fits within the customers letterbox to receive orders as quickly and safely as possible.

It's important to remember our research indicates fine jewellery boxes tend to end up on a landfil, which is why more and more online jewellers are migrating to a pouch but ours is superior in size and quality.

Our packaging is actually quite expensive, as the bespoke sizing, material and branding, as well as supersoft high quality material is actually more expensive than most jewellers fine jewellery boxes and can be used for storage, as well as great for travelling.

We have even received wonderful feedback from the NHS staff stating they store their jewellery in lockers but we do offer the option to purchase a jewellery box as an addition to the pouch, along with your free cleaning cloth, which some of our competitors charge up to £5 for a similar quality cleaning cloth.

Nevertheless, I am delighted to hear you loved the earrings and I hope it made your grandmothers birthday extra special.
