I lost my suitcase with valuable items worth over €500. The carrier completely violated EU transport regulations. The drivers did not tag my luggage. They issued no receipts or documents. They failed to secure the luggage compartment. My bag simply disappeared.
The drivers promised a compensation. The support team then dragged out the process and lied to me for over a year. Even Infobus refused to help. The carrier refused to refund even my ticket. They violate EU laws and face no consequences. Do not trust them with your bags or money.

Заказ № 14161635. Перевозчик ТОВ МКТ «Зесен Транс» бросил пассажира на границе, INFOBUS покрывает обман. Текст:
05.06.2026 моя жена ехала рейсом Изюм — Дюрен (заказ №14161635). На КПП «Рава-Русская» водитель автобуса Van Hool (BC 0883 TM) по имени Тарас неправомерно отказал ей в поездке и уехал с ее чемоданом, который вернули только по требованию пограничников. Водитель обвинил жену в «просроченных документах», хотя в этот же день она абсолютно законно пересекла границу ЕС в Перемышле. Польская пограничная стража признала ее документы полностью действительными. Из-за самоуправства экипажа жена осталась ночью на границе, и нам пришлось переплатить 300 евро другому транспорту до Дортмунда. В ответ на жалобу INFOBUS прислал циничную отписку перевозчика с отказом в возврате средств, где они полностью лгут о документах пассажира. По факту инцидента уже поданы заявления в полицию Украины по ст. 356 УК (Самоуправство) и жалоба в Укртрансбезопасность на лишение перевозчика лицензии. INFOBUS, вы продаете билеты недобросовестным компаниям и отказываетесь отвечать за качество услуг! Требуем полного возврата денег за заказ 14161635 и компенсации убытков!

Я пользовалась услугами infobus совершая поездку из Польши в Украину. Номер заказа 14261717, номер автобуса BC1526OT. Поездка оставила крайне негативное впечатление.
Еще в начале рейса было слышно, что двигатель одного из автобусов работает с перебоями. Многие пассажиры обращали на это внимание. Впоследствии этот автобус действительно сломался в пути.
Наш автобус, в котором находилось около 50 пассажиров, направили забирать часть пассажиров из сломавшегося автобуса. Однако водитель несколько часов ездил по улицам Польши, не мог найти нужное место и при этом практически не объяснял пассажирам, что происходит. Информация о ситуации была предоставлена только спустя длительное время, когда пассажиры начали массово задавать вопросы.
В результате всех этих действий рейс прибыл к месту назначения с опозданием примерно на 6 часов. Сама поломка транспорта может случиться у любой компании, но отсутствие должной организации и информирования пассажиров недопустимо. На протяжении длительного времени люди находились в полном неведении относительно причин задержки и дальнейшего маршрута.
Ожидаю от перевозчика более ответственного отношения к техническому состоянию автобусов, лучшей организации действий в экстренных ситуациях и уважительного отношения к пассажирам через своевременное информирование о происходящем.

beware 'ghost' buses. checked timetables week/days before travel istanbul to burgas and several buses available from 8-10am on Nisikli timetable. arrived Istanbul Esenler at 09:30 for 10am bus... didn't exist on the day after checking the night before! next bus, 14:30. also, 4.5 hour journey to burgas is not realistic- pure driving time (at a push) with a border crossing that can take hours

After the below review was published, the company's managers quickly resolved the issue and refunded the ticket. Thank you!
I bought a ticket 20.04.2026, paying for it in full with a Mastercard. My ticket 3347517632 was cancelled by manager, status in system is misleading, refund is refused due to 'voucher was deactivated/used'. Numerous requests to support and via email have given no results. This looks a lot like a scam.

Avevo problemi a finalizzare una prenotazione e ho contattato telefonicamente la sede Infobus di Praga.
La signora o ragazza che mi ha risposto si è dimostrata oltre che molto gentile, professionale ed efficiente e ha risolto il problema velocemente permettendomi l'acquisto anche del posto che avevo scelto sul bus trasmettendomi un link via SMS. Il colloquio si è svolto in inglese e si è espressa in modo pienamente comprensibile. Le lodi vanno in primo luogo a lei e in secondo luogo all'organizzazione che ha predisposto le soluzioni per questo tipo di problemi . Complimenti!

God I do not know where to begin. Not too brag but I have pretty much travelled all over the world at this point. And this company by FAR is without question the worst company I’ve ever booked with in my life. The customer service is shocking, everyone I’ve been in communication with that works there is horrible and has zero communication skills. Let’s start with the first time I booked with them. They only told me where to get the bus from 20 minutes before the bus was meant to leave the station in Kyiv and it wasn’t at the man bus station it was a 40 minute drive outside of Kyiv. I’ve still yet to get a refund for that. I was leaving Ukraine today and my options were limited so I was like god I’ll have to give the another go and I am annoyed at myself that I gave them a second chance. When I got to the station I asked two clerks and they said they didn’t know. I asked every bus that pulled in and they said they didn’t know. When I contacted infobus I made contact with a repugnant woman called Hanna (that’s Hanna with no h at the end) and she was 0 help. She didn’t offer a refund, she said it was my fault for not phoning them up and asking which platform it’s at… never in my entire life have I ever had to do that. From South Sudan to South Korea, Mongolia to Mozambique… I’ve never had to contact a carrier and had to ask them what platform my bus comes to. I just go to where the bus is meant to leave from and I ask around and find out.
This is a company filled with treachery and scum. Steer clear by all means. I wish I did.

Absolutely terrible. Both going to Dresden and coming back to Prague was the SAME! Bus extremely delayed (1 hour), staff extremely unfriendly but the worst part is that the drivers SMOKED INSIDE THE BUS WHILE DRIVING! Unacceptable!

UPDATE - Problem Eventually Resolved, But Major Issues Remain
After posting my original review, INFOBUS contacted me and arranged a refund. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the issue.
However, serious problems remain:
Their carrier “Hyreniq Tour” has numerous similar complaints spanning a long period. And now are lying about “immediately changing the vehicle”. Nope, I was there for an hour, carrier was reading my messages and ignored them purposefully. It’s concerning that INFOBUS continues partnering with such unreliable carriers.
The real problem: Inaccessible support when you need it most. You cannot contact INFOBUS support without making an international call. When traveling with only a virtual SIM (no phone number), I was forced to use their malfunctioning AI bot that just threw errors.
Bottom line: They fixed my issue after a public review, but when the problem occurred, I was completely on my own. If you don’t have a way to make international calls while traveling, you’ll have no support options.

WARNING: AVOID INFOBUS - Complete Scam
Bought tickets from Yerevan to Tbilisi. Driver never showed up and ignored all calls. When I tried to get a refund, the ONLY contact method was a malfunctioning AI chatbot that just throws errors. No human support whatsoever.
This “company” works with unreliable drivers who don’t answer calls or messages. Zero accountability. DO NOT USE THIS RESELLER.

If I can give 0 i will with no hesitation.
We've got treated like sheep Transportation not human, driver making dangerous breaks due to his fast reckless driving.
I'm in the minibus right now and i can not wait to arrive my destination. My fellow Americans and Moroccans and all tourist .... stay away from this company, flixbus way better

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had to take a bus from Vienna to Italy at 8 am. I was also feeling sick so my situation was not ideal but I had to come back to Italy asap so I got up and went to the bus station. It was quite surprising when I could not see my bus on the display. After waiting more than an hour and receiving no responses to my phone calls, I had to buy a different train ticket. I have been texting Customer Service all day: at first they did not even bother to speak in English but kept responding in Ukrainian, then they decided to refund my bus ticket but I got no compensation for the significant amount of money I had to pay for the alternative ticked due to their lack of professionalism and help. I was offered no alternative route, they seemed to think that simply refunding the ticket was enough and were not even nice when talking to me. Please share your experiences so we can make sure no one else has to go through what I and many others have experienced with this company

DANGEROUS DRIVER & HORRIBLE experience by minivan (they advertize as minibus) from Tbilisi to Yerevan. I feared for my life for 6 hours. Infobus uses a company called Cheap Transportation. The driver was speeding like crazy and holding the phone all the way talking while doing very dangerous curves. The driver was stopped by the police in Armenia but he kept doing the same thing. HORRIBLE!!!! The driver did not care when I complained. I have videos and photos to prove!

Terrible experience with Infobus and Pavluks Trans!
I bought a ticket from Kremenchuk to Warsaw Chopin Airport with one transfer. But it turned into two transfers — the bus was an hour late in Lviv, and I missed my connection. Then we were put in a private car, but the driver had no valid documents and we were stuck at the border for over 1.5 hours. They put me on a different bus that didn’t go to the airport. I missed both my flights and had to pay for new tickets and a taxi myself. Completely irresponsible service. Never again!

Every time … no matter where we are travelling IT IS NO POSSIBLE TO GO TO TOILET!!!! FOR 5 hours we should wait. I will send my complaint to taxation department. I AM SURE THAT IS ANY RULES ABOUT PASSENGERS TRANSACTION AND BEFORE THE CUSTOM THE DRIVER SHOULD MAKE A POSSIBILITY FOR PASSENGERS TO GO TO TOILET.

Aggressive driver!! Awful support, useless, absolutely useless. Drivers are trying to make some black cash, if you stand on their way and count your own money, bloody rascal will shout at you! Avoid this company at all costs!!!
Once I tried to contact support about this issue - they won’t help in any way and avoid any responsibility. Terrible 😣
