18 квітня 2025 року я мала їхати рейсом з Чернівців до Бухареста (квиток №10277360). Автобус мав прибути о 14:00 на АЗС "OKKO", як це ЧІТКО вказано в квитку. Але він просто проїхав повз! Ми його бачили, стояли й чекали, і він навіть не зупинився!
Я у шоці дзвоню диспетчеру — вона каже, що водій вже на кордоні, і щоб ми його наздоганяли. Серйозно? Це нормально?! Вона дала номер водія, і той взагалі порадив мені йти пішки через кордон, щоб він мене "підібрав". ПІШКИ!
Жодних вибачень, нуль поваги. Просто закинув мій чемодан в багажник і поїхали далі. Я була вже в стресі, але далі — ще гірше.
Ми мали прибути до Бухареста о 23:30. Але вночі я дивлюсь у Google Maps і розумію — ми їдемо у зовсім інший бік! Питаю водія, а він мені каже: "Ми взагалі НІКОЛИ не зупиняємось у Бухаресті."
Вибачте, але В МОЄМУ КВИТКУ ЧОРНИМ ПО БІЛОМУ НАПИСАНО — ЗУПИНКА В БУХАРЕСТІ!
Він вийшов, кинув мій чемодан з автобуса на дорогу і сказав: "Або виходиш тут, або їдеш далі."
О півночі я залишилась одна, з валізою, в невідомому місті. Я була у розпачі, в істеричному стані, зі сльозами і нервовим зривом. Це був шок.
Це не просто поганий сервіс — це приниження, небезпека і повна байдужість до пасажирів.
ГАНЬБА. НІКОЛИ БІЛЬШЕ.

SCAM do not use them!
Hi, me and my husband ordered 2 tickets from Iasi airport to Calarasi Moldova for 2 at night for the 16th of April. The bus did not show up. We have tried to contact support. The contact support was unsure where is the bus and could not help us to understand the situation. We were waiting for 1h and at the location that was provided by the QR code. We had to find cover because it started to rain.

Bought tickets with an open date, nowhere on the website was written the registration is valid until an exact date. I tried to register tickets but was not able to do so because they have not been valid anymore. I didn't know that until support told me so. Due date was 2 days behind from my attempt to register tickets. I asked support to help me and register them but they refused, explaining tickets are not valid anymore. I said I didn't know that and due date only 2 days ago, but still they didnt' help me
edit: support has helped me to resolve the issue and did register my tickets. Still, I think on the website in order details information about expiration date must be added to avoid such occasions in the future

Wrong information on the website and I even wrote them before buying the tickets to confirm if the address is correct and the bus is arriving in Oradea and not another city because the final destination of the bus was different and I had the surprise, at the departure to find out that the bus doesn’t get close to the city I booked the ticket for, but about 200 km away. From drivers I was told that they have announced the website to change the information on their website because it was wrong. However, the day before the departure, I was called by someone from the driving company telling me to arrive earlier and they knew I was going to Oradea but I was told about the fact that they don’t go to Oradea only at the time of departure.
LE: they were receptive when I have told them about the problem and I appreciate that they helped me with what they could, but I still didn’t get to the destination as it was specified on the website.

I will never use this company again. My friend and I had bought tickets to Constanța, and we arrived 20 minutes before the bus was supposed to leave.
We saw a bus at the end and thought it was ours. We handed over our ID cards and showed the tickets to the driver. He said it wasn’t the right bus and that he didn’t know anything about it. Then, after 30 minutes, we found out that it was our bus, and the driver had misled us due to irresponsibility and carelessness.
In the end, they didn’t even refund our money because the driver claimed we were “considered passengers,” which is complete nonsense and negligence. Never again!

My bus get cancelled, I called the “infobus”, the manager answered my phone and was talking in another language, i asked if she speakers English, she hang up on me! Very unfriendly, I will never trust them again!!

I have experienced worst service by Infobus.
I had journey from Odessa to Istanbul and connecting bus from Istanbul to Ankara. TRAVEL TIME of the second leg , Istanbul- Ankara AS CONFIRMED BY INFOBUS on their official ticket was 3 HOURS. But Infobus and their carrier LichosHurst S.I arranged and reserved me WORST, LOWER GRADE WITH CHEAPEST FARE AMONG MANY HIGHLY GRADED TURKISH BUS COMPANIES. Therefore travel time wıth chosen bus company from Istanbul to Ankara TOOK ''' 9 HOURS '' WITH FULL OF INCOVENIENCES.
I remind to all probable future Infobus passangers to consider this ANNOYING AND HASSLING EXPERIENCE WITH '' INFOBUS''. Namely, be careful
and aware about MISMANAGEMENT BY INFOBUS.

Жахливі умови. Компанія дурить пасажирів.
Ми купували квитки з Києва до Варшави. Обирали без трансферу які коштують дорожче. На сайті у описі вказано "комфортабельні автобуси, wifi, туалет". Це не відповідає дійсності. Сидіння дуже некомфортні, маленькі і жорсткі, весь час щось не працювало, то не раскладається, то не складається. ТРАНСФЕР БУВ і нас про нього не попередили заздалегідь, тільки під час посадки коли пізно шукати щось інше. Пересадили у повний автобус, звісно навіть місць сидіти поряд не було. Туалети не робили у жодному з автобусів. На автостанціях туалети платні. Сам трансфер досить стресовий, водії підганяють, самі шукайте десь свій багаж завалений іншими валізами. Але найгірше, на другій зупинці у Києві підсажували пасажирів, двоє з яких були дуже хворі. Дівчина кашляла і чихала просто нон стоп навіть не прикриваючись. Куди діватися пасажирам у яких немає часу на пошуки інших автобусів? Як можна було саджати настільки хворих людей і заражати інших? Звісно ми теж захворіли, чотириденна подорож додому перетворилася на жах. Вихід на роботу відмінили через стан. Хто виплатить нам збитки???
Не знаю як додати відповідь окрім модерації цього коментаря.

On Sunday 22/09/24 , I receive a call around 12:30 that the travel was cancelled and I’ll received a refund. Since that until now I still haven’t received anything at all. why is it so difficult to get a refund when you guys cancel the travel? This is illegal!! I didn’t use the service and all I want is my money back.

They sold three tickets to 77 yo people for completely wrong destination. No any warning or email. Just three old persons in the meddle if nowhere at night. Their manager Bogdan refused to call the railway station to request at least any assistance. Just happy to refund. Would you call it service or scam?

We want to say really huge thank you to our driver. Euroline Bus 16:00 from Minsk, 13 september and the driver for the bus before us, about 14 from Minsk . We got i time to our flight!

Feltelepítettem az alkalmazást. Próbáltam jegyet foglalni Ostrava-Budapest viszonylatra vonattal, sajnos nem sikerült. Hogy miért adok mégis 5*-t? Hát azért mert, a jegypénztárban személyesen sem tudtam jegyet vásárolni a rendszerük leállása miatt. Ebből következik, hogy az alkalmazás tökéletesen és megbízhatóan működött!! A negatív kommenteket olvasva, meg vagyok döbbenve azon, hogy az INFOBUS-on kérik számon az utazási szolgáltatást nyújtó cégek hibája miatti késést, járatkimaradást!! El kellene gondolkozni ezen, mielőtt ítéleteket hozunk!! Én ezentúl mindig önöket fogom igénybe venni, ha utaznom kell!!

If there was a chance to put 0 star I would do it without hesitation! Infobus is a search web with very low quality of service and no commitment. When you book they do not guarantee the availability of the tickets if there are transfers. You buy a ticket with total security and you think that your trip is organized and then you get a cancellation surprise... It is better to buy tickets on the websites of the carriers. Travelling from Belgrade to Timisoara. 80€. I was supposed to leave Belgrade at 17.30. They tell me it is delayed 2hs, i go to the place at 19.30h then. No one appears, i ask them and say they arrive in 30mins, waiting, no one appears, ask again and another 30min. So 3 hour delay last hour without informing. Also, the ride was supposed to be 2hs and was way more. Never again.

Шахраї! Не рекомендую. Не повертають оплату за неіснуючі рейси. Менеджері ч/з чат водять навколо пальця клієнтів, вдаючи, що відповідають на запитання. Продають білет на автобус, який відправився 20хв тому, пояснюючи це тим, що міжнародний рейс, тому міг виїхати раніше!

I have purchased 2 tickets for 08/10/2023 / 9:00am with a carrier Makc T on route:
Bucuresti Stop hotel "Continental", 139 Calea Griviței str.
Sofia Bus Station "Serdika", 100 Maria Luiza blvd.
I booked it before we left Australia/Sydney to Europe. As I travel a lot, I thought the address where we take the bus was a bus station in Bucurest not a street. My husband and I went to the place at 7:30 am to make sure the address was right. To my surprise the name of the hotel was ‘My Continental’ NOT ‘Continental’ as it was written on the ticket. I went inside the hotel to ask, they told me that their number is not 139 as it was written on the ticket. We went up and down the street like mad to look for the address you have given, but in vain.
My husband went into a hotel there and asked the receptionist for help and will pay her for that, the girl tried to ring you many times, but no one speaks English. She went and got someone who speaks Ukraine language to help. They told her to wait, someone would ring her and she waited and waited and waited but, no response. We didn’t know what to do and how to get to Sofia so decided to wait until 10:30am and then find a way to get flight tickets.
At 9:45 the girl at the hotel got a phone call telling her the bus might be there at 10:30. I personally was about to have a heart attack. It was one of the worst nightmare I have ever had in my life. The bus arrived at 10:40, the person who got out of the but to let us put our suitcases inside was very grumpy, no smile, not saying ‘Sorry” for keeping us wait in the street for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
When we got out of the bus in Sofia, we heard his angry voice saying to us a word in Ukraine (Piata, Piata, Piata). We asked him to say the word in English because we don’t know Ukraine language. However, from his body language, I guessed he was asking for money, so we showed him the tickets that said ‘Paid’
Back in Sydney I asked my lovely, well-mannered and sweet Ukraine students about the word and understood as I guessed that the man wanted me to pay again for the tickets.
I would say it was one of the horrible experience ever.
