I ordered 8.4 NAV with Apple CarPlay…
I ordered 8.4 NAV with Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto for my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Before the purchase, the sales representative was very prompt in answering all my questions. Once the order is placed, I did not get any response from the sales representative whatsoever. I recommend their product but not the support.

Sent me the wrong item , had to send back at my expense. Customer service was helpful offered $50 US refund and will send the right item priority shipping. Will follow up when i receive the right item.
